From start to finish, Browder was extremely professional in every respect. On time, on budget, workers were clean and respectful. Worked patiently picking out a color. All good. Clean up was excellent too.

Very professional, from first meeting with estimator to last with painting crew. Really appreciated how the crew kept us informed of what was happening on a daily basis and filled us in on what would be happening the next day. Crew worked quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up at the end of each day. Will definitely use them in the future. Expensive, but worth it!

They were excellent. They were just super. We found them off of Angie's List. They were very polite, they were very clean, and prompt. They did the job exactly as they said they were going to do it. The job took a week and a half.

Tony and his crew were on time each day and cleaned up at the end of the day. Were hard workers. I was pleased with the quality of work.

Our whole experience with Browder has been exceptional from the word go. They are EXTREMELY customer oriented. The gentleman who did the original estimate was not pushy at all, and provided his expertise and opinion on certain painting options when we asked. We had the exterior of our house repainted along with a wooden fence. We were so impressed with the responsiveness of the estimator - we sent several emails after 5pm and received responses from him in minutes! - that we didn't even bother getting a second estimate. The team of two guys that came out to the house to paint were very courteous, punctual and helpful. I was 8 months pregnant and wasn't able to handle a lot of stress - and these guys understood how stressful work on the house could be. They checked in with me every morning before they started work, and checked in with me at the end of each day to have me review what they accomplished and to talk about the work for the next day. They were very detail oriented and clearly took pride in their work - it showed because they pointed out the small details they corrected or fixed even before my husband and I could point them out. We used the Angie's list coupon to get our windows cleaned for free (it's a $200 value!) with Browder and they did a great job. At an additional small fee, they installed a screen door to the front of our house that we've been meaning to do for months now. Wow! We were very happy with the results! We identified a broken lightbulb in a really inaccessible spot near the roof and some pigeon netting that needed to be put back in place. Without question, they came out the next day to fix those two items. They were great to work with and we'd highly recommend them to anyone.

The repair and painting went very smoothly with the crew showing up on time, and when finished for the day they cleared up all work related debris. The crew was very interactive with us, explaining what they were doing and why. At the end of each day, we were shown the finished work and our comments were invited. If there was a perceived concern on our part, it was addressed right away (these were minor details). The crew was excellent...hard workers who took pride in what they were doing. We are extremely satisfied with the new look of our home. In particular we appreciated that no cigarette breaks were taken, no boom boxes used, and lunch hour was taken at the same time each day and work resumed promptly after the break. The crew was friendly and shared a great deal of painting expertise with us.

They were very professional and I really liked them. They were timely, responsive and explained the whole process. The pricing was also reasonable.

We went them because we had used them ten years prior and they are a good company and at that time, ten years ago or longer, we felt that they gave us the most reasonable offer as far as price goes. Their estimate was much reasonable for us. Everyone was very professional and they did what they said they were going to do. They came when they were supposed to and they got it done.

Bowder's painters Macario and Richard, did an excellent job. They arrived on time each day, were well prepared. Macario did a great job of explaining each detail of he job.

All went really smoothly. They were very attentive, helpful. All was done on time, neatly and well.

I thought the estimate was rather high, but I wanted quality work and Browder has an excellent reputation for that. I was not disappointed. I was impressed with the painters. They arrived early every day; they were polite and personable, they were careful with our belongings and asked questions to make sure it was how we wanted it. They actually had to paint three coats due to the type of old paint that was in our house. The job took longer than I had anticipated, but the finsihed product was worth it, and so was the cost. The old saying that you get what you pay for is so true. If you want quality work, use Browder. If you don't care, use someone else cheaper. Tony, the lead, was great.

This was a challenging job, as the building complex is situated in a difficult marine climate and had not been thoroughly painted in over 20 years. Before embarking on the project, we read reviews and comparison shopped. Browder came in with the most detailed proposal, complete with photographs, so we knew exactly what we were getting - and they offered a reasonable price. The project manager stayed on top of the project from start to finish, and was clearly dedicated to customer satisfaction. The crew was skilled and thorough, and even finished ahead of schedule. We are pleased with the good job Browder did, and would definitely work with them again and recommend them to others

It should be noted that my approximate cost ($6100) was actually about $1330.00 higher than the average consumer would have paid for an 1800 square foot tract house like mine. The extra cost was for additional painting and repairs, as noted in the section above, because I had let the house go too long without painting. There were severely warped trim boards and fencing that added to my cost. The cost to paint the house was actually hundreds of dollars less than the estimate I got from a certain college type painting company. I felt that the Browder people were more professional, with higher technical skill and experience. They also did many little extras for me at no charge, like cleaning the gutters while painting. My Crew Chief, Troy, was responsive to every question I had during the job. If I said, "so and so doesn't look quite right, are you sure?" he would put a crew member on it to touch it up or repaint it. He even helped me install new weather stripping around the three doors on my house. The Browder crews were always on time, worked long days, rarely seemed to take breaks, and were unfailingly polite. As a retired psychologist, I know that there is an inclination on the part of consumers to "want to like" the people to whom they have paid large sums for goods and services. We want to feel we can trust them. In my case with Browder, no "wanting to like" was necessary. This is a stellar company. I believe any prospective purchaser could feel safe with them.

Larry was great, he was very thorough and went through every detail of what Browder would do for us. He gave us a written estimate and really did seem to know and care about what they would be doing. Unfortunately, their price was just a little too high for what we could afford, so we had to go with another company.

Browder Painting Company responded immediately to our request for an estimate, answered our questions and gave us a start date. After the job began, we were confronted with weather and paint problems. They successfully negotiated with the paint manufacturer and worked around the inclement weather to produce the highest quality outcome.

It was good. They did a very good job. I would recommend them. They were very neat and it was a very precise job. They were a little expensive.

Entire staff was very friendly and professional. Appointments and start times were always as promised. They took extra time and care on all the prep work as well as the painting itself. They also painted our granddaughters playhouse and put just as much time and effort into her little house. They always kept us informed on what was going on. I would recommend them without any hesitation.

This was the 6th time in 14 years that we have used their services. They have always done an excellent job, and they will fix/redo any area if you are not satisfied.

It went great from my first call for a quote to completion. The only hiccup was when I called a couple of times to check status of quote, and they had been calling the wrong folks back to set it up. After we finally figured that out, they were here the next day to quote, and I believe after we made our decision to move forward, it was a matter of days that they were able to come and complete the job. A day early even. With fingers crossed, we watched our first rains in a long time come & go. There as not one drop of water found inside our home this time. We are optimistic that this $450 fix was it.. Some of our quotes for other remedies were starting around $12000 and up! Would definitely use these guys again! We are anticipating painting our home exterior in the next 6-12 months and will be calling Browder's first! Very happy with them.

Did a wonderful job. Steve, the main painter, was very professional and agreeable. Had several bids more expensive. Also all of them were reluctant in taking such a difficult job, not Browder. So I highly recommend this company.
