Contractor contacted me and scheduled an appointment and failed to show up at the scheduled time, nor did he call.

Manny Ramos is a very "hands on" contractor. He and his crew worked on our addition for 7 months. They were diligent, trustworthy, and always left a clean area at the end of the day. We always had a bi-weekly meeting to go over the schedule, arrange payment, approve change orders, or ask/answer questions. I would recommend Artifex to anyone who is looking for a contractor they can trust.
