We repainted and replaced the carpet in our office which required working around people during working hours. Archer was extremely flexible and considerate of our needs and schedule. They worked on weekends and evenings when possible to avoid disrupting our workdays, and to work around the carpet installation. They were neat, attentive to details and the overall quality of the work is excellent. We had a deadline to complete the work before a client presentation and Gino Gallo, the owner of Archer painting, made sure they met the schedule. I recommend them without hesitation.

Worked us into his schedule and also worked with our schedule. Gave us good direction on paints, stains, and approached job from a common sense point of view, like it were his own project. Good attention to detail and quality. Very fair price.

Gina came highly recommended by numerous Angie's list members so we gave him a try and we were not disappointed. He is very detail oriented...worked long hours to do what needed to be done...very knowledgeable about painting and painted surfaces....helpful with suggestions how to clean up prior painter's sloppy work. Gino's prices are very fair for the amount of time and effort he devotes to a project. We are planning on using him to paint the exterior of our home this coming spring. An A+ job.

Gino was extremely responsive. My doors had been delayed numerous times and I needed someone to seal and stain the doors on short notice. There was rain in the forecast which could spell doom for new wood doors. Gino came through and on a weekend and gave us good quote. He was working on the doors at 6am the next day. I liked his attention to detail and he came well recommended from a trusted builder. He is a craftsman. You can tell he loves working with wood and the product speaks for itself. He does very quality work work.

Gino was very professional. He always returned phone calls. He showed up on time, put in long hours and cleaned up each day. He did such a beautiful job! We used different colors for the rooms and he cut in the paint colors perfectly. We wanted the job completed before our daughter?s graduation party, and Gino finished with time to spare. At our request, he used ?No VOC? paint, so there was no ?paint smell? when he was done painting. We got so many compliments on the paint job. People kept asking how he got the edges so perfect. We are thrilled with overall experience, and will definitely call Gino again! We recommend him to all our family and friends.

Gino Gallo showed up at the scheduled time and began his process. Gino dedicated a generous portion of his preparation time during the first week to helping us select the perfect color combination for our home. This involved applying possible colors to prominent areas of our home to evaluate the combinations. He worked continuously with few if any days off until the job was completed. He used the products agreed upon, applied them as agreed upon, and did this without damaging the property or creating a mess. Gino takes pride in his work. He works at a pace that gets results without compromise. His nature is to go the extra yard, I saw this many times. My wife and I would recommend his services to anyone. We love our ?new? home.

Better than expected. He went above and beyond what was agreed upon and didn't ask for more money. Also, gave me a lot of tips since I like to do as much as I can on my own when possible. Excellent.

I have been using Archer painting for all of my painting needs both interior and exterior since 2001 and he has never disappointed me. He painted the exterior in the summer and just finished the interior yesterday. Gino helped us choose the colors and was very patient with our indecisiveness on color choice. He also painted our kitchen cabinets to get us by until we can afford to replace them. They look great! He is an absolute wizard with a paintbrush.

Gino was always prompt and kept us informed of his comings and goings. He was meticulous with all the work, took his time, and obviously takes great pride in a job well done. He loved our two big dogs and was completely trustworthy with them, making certain that they could not escape when he opened the gate, doors, etc. Gino has a good eye and made very helpful suggestions about where to put each color. We feel that we've really lucked out, finding such a great painter (also a very nice guy, fun to talk to!)

I called Archer Painting to request services for our patio. Archer Painting did not end up performing the work, but he did spend 20 minutes on the phone with me, patiently explaining all of my options, making recommendations all while knowing that he was not going to be the company performing the work. He was kind, patient and provided great customer service despite not earning a penny. Thank you!

Gino came by to assess the job on Thursday, and his itemized estimate arrived by the following Monday. He offered to reglaze several of the small windows I had not replaced yet. I did not hire him, although I have little doubt that he would have done an excellent job. I was uncomfortable with several things: He said that the highest quality conventional acrylic latex paint was the best choice and recommended against using elastomeric paint or other special coatings, which I really wanted to try. He works alone to ensure the highest quality, and consequently the job was going to take ten work days. This was late September, and I was concerned about getting the work done before the rains came. However, I think that others might appreciate his experience and dedication to the job if the time frame is right.

Gino was fabulous! I have never met someone who was so interested in both quality and satisfaction. It was a pleasure to work with him, and my house looks so great that everyone comments on it and asks me who my painter was. I tell them Archer Painting. He met with me first and gave me a bid (fair) for the whole job so that I would know what it would cost, and he never wavered from that price?even when I added some time to the job. Then, he patiently listened to what I said I wanted and made some suggestions for paint types and textures. After I had selected five or more paint samples, he came and put swatches on different walls in different parts of the house so that I could see the colors in all lights. This happened several times, as I kept changing my mind. Through it all, he was patient and interested in making me happy. When I finally settled on colors, he painted them, and it all looked fabulous--except for the trim in my kitchen. I had picked out a color that, when on the walls, did not look good. And what did Gino do? He let me pick a new color and is in the process of painting again at no extra cost to me other than the paint. He really does want me to be happy with my house. He is not about money. How refreshing! Overall, working with Gino was wonderful; it's so nice to work with a man who is attuned to his clients' needs and so great at what he does. And he is clean, professional, and trustworthy--unlike some painters in this area whom I would not trust in my house while I was gone.

I called Gino to estimate the paint on my mom's home because I was so impressed with the work that he had done on my last house in 2001. He came out, estimated the job and worked with mom on selecting her new colors. From start to finish, everything he did for her was top notch. He even painted her sheds to match. She tells me that people stop as they drive or walk by to tell her how beautiful her paint job is and how nice the colors are. One gentleman who stopped said he was a retired painter and asked who did it and told her that he could tell a good paint job from a mile away and this job was beautiful.

Gino Gallo did an incredible job. He gave me an estimate, explaining carefully the basis of his price. He stuck to it. I didn't pay a dime over the estimate. He takes a lot of pride in his work. He was very patient with my indecision as far as exterior colors. He made a few trips to the paint store to get samples to test on the exterior until I was at peace with the right shade of green. He works quickly and efficiently. He applies the paint with accurate ease and leaves no mess at the end of the day. After the job was completed he came back for any necessary follow-up, making sure I was satisfied. His prices are fair. When you hire Gino Gallo you are getting a true craftsman!

Gino of Archer Painting went above and beyond in all aspects of service. He is an experienced professional who knows his work. Gino returned my call and inspected the home promptly offering sound advice on paint styles and methods. He is mostly a one man team and takes longer than other companies. He was a little bit more expensive than another Angie's List company. I hired him because I felt that he would provide an extra level of service, going above that provided by other companies and he exceeded my expectations. Gino picked out the correct colors using top of the line Sherwin Williams paint. He performed each of the services described. Gino protected the plants and yard. He painted two coats with a sprayer and then put at least three rolled coats on the sun exposed/dry side of the house. He spent a lot of time ensuring that all the trim was thoroughly painted and that all lines were straight. Gino has an extra ordinary amount of patience and spent a lot of time getting the details correct. A typical contractor usually does "just enough" to fulfill the contract and get the job done. Gino communicated with us and did everything he could to get the job done correct and better than advertised. He suggested ways to protect the house and implemented them. I cannot say enough about his good work. Gino worked around a small dog that had access to the backyard, and I honestly think our dog will miss him. Please do not hesitate to use me as a reference.

Geno came out and told me to do some research first to find out what caused the fence to rust abnormally. He spent some time with me giving me ideas for a quick fix to an overall complete sand and paint job. I appreciated his opinions and advise.

I contacted Gino Gallo who responded immediately to my request for an estimate. He arrived at the time he said he would, and gave a thorough description of what he would do to the house to prep and paint it. I had several questions because it is a older home and past work had not been good to it. Gino described what he could repair and how he thought it would proceed. He was very honest about the uncertainties involved until he got started and could better assess the work needed. He was very communicative throughout the process. Gino completed the work in the time frame he initially laid out, always professional, worked long hard hours, and left the property neat and clean at the end of every day. He is excellent with colors and offers suggestions, but never pressures. He is patient and willing to try several colors until one works. Gino is a true craftsman, highly skilled, honest, and an incredibly hard worker. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Gino was very pleasant and cooperative from the moment I called him. The painting job I needed to have done was a small one (the paint on the top exterior portion of our house was peeling), but he took me as seriously and treated me with as much respect as he would had I requested a large job. Gino told my husband and me that his crew was working on painting the exterior of another house, but he was able to make time to come over himself to do the job. He did terrific work; the painted area blends so well with the rest of the exterior paint, it looks like the peeling problem never even existed! Gino also cleaned up the work site very well, leaving behind no trace that he'd been there (except for the excellent paint job, of course!). Best of all, he gave us a follow-up call a day or two later, making sure that we were completely satisfied.

Archer Painting did an outstanding job painting the exterior of my home. Gino was very meticulous in every phase of the painting project. He offered a wide selection of color choices and gave helpful input, as to what colors went well together. He covered the landscaping to prevent paint damage and left the job site clean. I feel that his excellent workmanship, was one of the most important upgrades that we did, when we were preparing to sell our last home. We will use him for any of our painting needs in our new home. We have, and will continue to recommend him to both friends and family.
