Adams Appliance Repair

He arrived Monday morning promptly at 9 at my mother's house. My husband met him there and he did what was asked of him, and charged very reasonably!

I called this company three or four times over three days, each time got the answering machine. I left my pager and my cell phone number with a description of the services I needed. I finally received a call and voicemail on my cell phone late in the afternoon the second day from Mr. Adams who was not very courteous, just said to call him back. The call was late in the day so by the time I got to the voicemail it was too late to call back. I called again the next day as they had gotten such good reviews for service but again I got only the answering machine and no call back or page. I had called to have a repair on two appliances, a refrigerator and a dishwasher that had no hot water and appeared to have a moderate water leak. I started calling on a Monday morning to try and set up a repair date for Wednesday as I could take the day off. By Friday evening the problem had developed into a large water leak from just a small leak. I did not want to have to pay extra for and quot;emergencyand quot; services so I ended up spending my whole weekend tracking down the leak, fixing the leak and in the process finding and fixing the cause of the lack of hot water myself. I am not going to call this company again and waste my time. They seem to be too busy or don't care for my business.
