I highly recommend Phil from Phil's painting. I hired him to paint the eves and wood trim and doors on my house. The condition of the eves and trim were so terrible, I thought it would be basically impossible to ever look so nice again! I had actually asked for a quote on the whole house, but he was honest enough to tell me that was not the best option for my home in its condition, and made other recommendations, so I hired him only for the trim, etc. Phil was amazing, as he had several tips and ideas for me to save money and get the house looking its best. He's friendly, and accommodating to my many questions, He truly cares about both his workmanship and his business practices, as he was always sure to collect paint chips according to EPA standards, watch doors carefully when going in and out (pets), punctual, fair price, etc. . He was more than fair in price especially for the extensive amount of work that needed to be done in prep. His team was courteous and helpful as well. The job was left spotless and beautiful and fresh when they were done, ....couldn't ask for more! Thank you Phil!

They are very easy to work with. They were upfront and honest. They did an excellent job for us. Although Phil's quote was quite a bit less expensive than the other 2 quotes I had, I went with him because I felt comfortable with him. I was very happy with them. I would absolutely use them again.

Absolutely couldn't be happier. They came every day promptly at 8am and were done by 3pm. They helped moved the heavier furniture and cleaned up after themselves. We are so pleased with the job they did and appreciated the attention to detail. Phil is also listed on the Berkeley Parents Network with high praises as well. We would not hesitate to contact him again!!

They were punctual and carefully cleaned the worksite each day on the job. Their prep work was thorough and painting was well done. Phil is considerate of his client's needs, supervises his crew well, and wants to be sure the work is high quality. I would rehire Phil's Painting for future work on my house.

They arrived promptly as scheduled and completed the job on time. They were very careful and thorough with their preparation. They went above & beyond what was needed, for example, vacuuming the tops of our kitchen cabinets and replacing picture hooks. He and his assistant cleaned the house each day before they left. The quality of their painting was excellent with complete coverage and no spills. Phil is very easy to work with. I would definitely hire Phil's Painting again.
