David, the owner, and Jackie, the office contact, were always professional, courteous, on time and very customer friendly. David takes his work seriously and fixed my carpet exactly as he described. I am now switching to him for all my carpet cleaning. Highest rating all around!

My rugs look good given the fact that so much furniture couldn’t be moved. I did call afterwords to request David return and trim a small spot by the slider in my vanity……before it works its way back into the rug causing another lump. Thanks and let me know when he can return. Beverly Stone

Typical bait and switch. I used the Angie leads the person Jacquelyn ask me how many feet, I have around 1000 feet. She said about $380. The tech charged me $580 I ask what is happening here I was quoted $380. so he reduced it to $480 job was great tech was great office sucks. She also told me the techs can charge whatever they want. I could of used Angie carpet guys for less $390 I was screwed over but a needed the job done for my kids. Do not use these clowns

KMC Cleaners picked up ALL the rugs in my house, took them to their facility, and one week later returned them beautifully deep cleaned and fresh. The technicians doing the pick-up and return were very knowledgeable and competent, and the quality of the cleaning was exceptional. I will certainly be using them again.
