SHORT REVIEW: Most of the work was extremely effective at getting floors clean. They were very responsive and attentive in getting my business, but I had a few issues with the results and the company exhibited poor responsiveness here, failing to address them, and despite having a guaranteed did not offer to refund any money and didn't follow through with returning to do a second cleaning. So I'm disappointed with their customer service, and their commitment to quality in terms of honoring their "guarantee". LONG REVIEW: I had several rooms to clean, both tile and carpeting: 4 rooms with tile and 4 rooms plus stairs with carpet. The company was highly responsive to my initial inquiries and in setting up both consult and actual work appointments. The quote was not cheap, but I figured with the good reviews on this site that I'd be paying for quality. The carpets got very clean. Two of the three rooms with tile got very clean. So quality there was good. However, in some of the rooms there was some small damage to the wall and an appliance. I understand accidents happen, but one of the damaged areas must have resulting in debris the worker would have seen. I wasn't so bothered by the damage itself, but by them not telling me of it. I sent photos to the salesperson (I think he's a co-owner as well) and he did not dispute the damage though he stated that the worker insists he didn't notice any. He said he'd follow up after Thanksgiving with a subsequent appointment to try another method on the tile floor that didn't get clean but he never did pursue, and that's despite my emailing him multiple times.

He was right on time (even a little early) and got right to work. He was friendly and thoughtful. He explained everything we needed and what we DIDN’T need. He gave us instructions on what to do once he’d left. He will come back later to reinstall the section of carpet he had to pull up. He can’t put it back yet because it’s still airing out. He was great.

The cleaners were very very efficient. They knew what they are doing and they get the stain out my carpet, which other carpet cleaners can't took that out. They cleaned the grout on the tiles too. They did a great job

They clean so well and everything is left beautiful. They always wear booties when they come into my house. They are polite and they are just excellent; I have never been more satisfied. He put protective sealing over my tile. He always does extra work, without being asked. He always put guards around my wall corners, so that when he cleans the floors, they don’t leave marks. I wished I could give him an A+ and he is well worth the price of his service.

I used David and KMC Cleaners for the first time in June of 2016. If 10 were a possible rating for customer service, I would give KMC Cleaners 10 out of 10. David is a perfectionist with a keen eye for detail; it is important to him that all work is done to the highest standard possible. He is punctual, easy to communicate with, and a joy to work with. They are a good company and I have used them for several years. Their prices are competitive as they are not inexpensive but not over the top. You get exactly what you want them to have them done or you don't have to call them back. They show up on time, are pleasant to work with, updated about current trends in cleaning. Therefore they do a deeper clean and give more toil out of the carpet than the other people I had used. I am very pleased with them. They are very easy0 to work with. The owner is just very co-operative and very knowledgeable about what he does.

They did an excellent job. We have use carpet cleaners in the past that have 'special deals' and wind up jacking up the price when they get there. KMC did what they said they would do (and more) for the stated price. The price was $230. It's higher than the coupon prices you see all the time, but is actually less at it includes the 'deep clean, etc. The worker was very polite and professional and obviously had a lot of experience. The only issue was a little slowness in responding to my inquiry, but I was not in any hurry. In the spirit of full disclosure, the owner is a member of my Rotary Club (but his business makes it difficult to participate). However, I don't necessarily use a firm for that reason and would not recommend someone for that reason. They are listed as commercial cleaners which is why I never used them before. I found out they do private homes as well. I would recommend them.
