I had Jukka install a tile floor that required lots of prep work, and and quot;a millionand quot; tile cuts to install. Jukka is an outstanding craftsman and professional. It is a rare thing I find a contractor whose work I am truly pleased with, but in Jukka I found one. He was meticulous, careful, thought things through, and executed to perfection. He was on time and on schedule. His customer service was exemplary, anticipating my questions and concerns and answering them before I even had the chance to raise them myself. He proactively kept me informed all along the way. With Jukka I did not have to worry about and quot;...I wonder if he remembered xyz ...and quot;, because he was always ahead of the curve telling me about 'xyz'. Jukka has done work for us before in our bathrooms. He is truly a master craftsman and his attention to detail is second to none. In one bathroom he hand cut a tiny piece of tile for the border that no one ever even sees. In the recent kitchen job he had to hand cut many glass tiles and some more than one cut. He and his helper are very neat and clean up every day after they are done. I consider him my tile man and dont even look for anyone else. I have hime come over to see what needs to be done and ask him for the price so I know what im looking at then schedule the work. For us he installed the tile we had bought but he also does design and will supply the material as part of his package. I have seen work he has done at his house and have never seen work that has been so neat. He takes great pride in what he does. We would use him again in a heartbeat.
