Vadim and his guys arrive on time and brought all the tools they needed for the job. I had them haul 15 cubic yards of dirt from the driveway to the backyard. Vadim supervised his guys the whole time the first day. The second day, two of his guys came over and helped me move turf from one area to another; I was reshaping the lawn. Then I had the guys dig around the sprinklers so I can replace the heads. A few weeks later, when I was ready for some help again, he sent two guys over to help with some digging, hauling decompsed granite, cobble stone and flagstone. They distributed everything nicely around the yard. There was a bit of delay around fixing the fence due to the weather and due to schedule conflicts. He had me contact one of his guys but he was too busy. When I told Vadim, he came and did the job himself- which included resetting the post, painting, and attaching the railings. The fence is nice and straight now. Toward the end of the project, I just needed one guy to help me set the flagstone. This process involved a lot of moving things around and was very hard work. This particular worker was very patient with me. Overall, I was pleased with the work. Vadim and his guys are hard workers.
