+ -1 moreWe had a very poor experience just trying to get an estimate from this company. First of all, it took a long time for James to respond to our calls. When James came out to give us an estimate, he thought that we had already decided to have them do the work, and was upset when I stated that we just wanted an estimate and references. I apologized for any misunderstanding, and he threatened to file a complaint against us.
