Times Up gave us some quotes for a more modern hand rail but we wanted the original and so he hand crafted a duplicate for us. Their foreman was really great and he kept things moving along. The owner wants to know if you are not happy with something, he is open to criticism.
Description of Work: Times Up is its own contracting business that is another branch of Times Up termite. They have done multiple remodeling jobs for us. They totally redid our front steps from the bottom structure on up. It was 5 steps, a brick landing, and a hand rail.

We go back to them because their foremen are very good and they give us a very straight forward and honest opinion. They do good work and you do not have to worry that the people that come to do the job are reliable. They come out when they say they will and they give you an estimate. The owner does the run down of the entire house by himself and he checks for everything: mold, pests, fungus, etc. Their quote will be practical and work with your budget. They also make sure everything is signed off and everything. Their cost will be reasonable and they will not over charge.
Description of Work: Times Up did the reconstruction of front steps and have also done a termite inspection. They have worked on three houses for us so far. They found water leaking and termite damage. They also completely redid an entire bathroom.
