Service 4 Plumbing did an incredibly thorough job of cleaning up the terrible mess that was in my house from the plumbing. There was probably 20 years of gunk clogging up my pipes in my kitchen, causing gunk to backup into the dishwasher and not to work properly. It was such a messy job but he was was able to fix it and also cleaned up the mess. He replaced the U-pipe because the original contractor put it in wrong. He was very thorough. Next time he'll go under the system and make sure everything works properly. I like that he doesn't just do a "quick-fix." Hooks at the whole system and makes sure it is correct when he leaves.

So about a week or so later, they were again at our home, with back hoe and the necessary gravel etc to fix the problem. The workers arrived on time, with the necessary equipment, were very unobtrusive, clean and the noise was kept to a minimum. The job was done that day, on budget and we have had no problems since. Given the situation, the need to dig up our yard and re-sod, I must say it was down right pleasant. Any additional plumbing needs will see us calling Service 4 Plumbing first!

I made the call to Service 4 Plumbing at about 11:30 am, explained my problem and was told I could expect someone between 2 and 3 pm. Roughly 30 minutes later, I received a call from the office, asking if 1:00 would be OK. It was, by 1:00pm the service truck arrived and I was very pleased to see that the owner was there to help. He was just as pleasant and helpful as the last time I had seen him. He gave me an on the spot estimate and set to work. The job was done within the hour. New handles, no leaks, great service! My husband and I are planing some water saving plumbing in the near future and we will ABSOLUTELY have Service 4 Plumbing help us with that. Overall I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of service we have received!

Very good guaranteed work. We've never had him come back to fix any of his work. We like them because they are a smaller company. He takes pride in their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a plumbing issue.

This was a shocking experience. First, Napolean was nice on the phone, but then he missed the appt time without calling.2 hours later the dispatcher called and cancelled the appt. However, an hour after that, Napolean did show up. I reluctantly let him in the house. He said someone else was coming to crawl under the house and he would assess from the ground floor. From the beginning, he was very irritated with questions. (I asked him to please explain to me how he knew there wasn't copper in the risers and behind fixtures since the prior plumber estimators who did crawl under the house said there were.) Then, he told me he used to service the house and he had put in the water heater. Before I could blink, he slapped 2 company stickers on the heater with his # for service. I questioned why we were told that the water heater was strapped incorrectly.. Then, he claimed someone else must have done it and said the pipe size was illegal and wouldn't pass inspection. The fact is it did pass inspection. Only the straps had to be adjusted before the loan was approved. Either he put in an illegal pipe or he tried to cover that he didn't strap it properly. After that, he looked at one more bathroom and left the house. I followed him out and he was on the phone telling someone I wasn't home. Then he said he would send the bid, but he doesn't have my address. AFter he left, i realized he dumped mud and dirt all over my side walkway. This guy was less than straighforward and creepy. I am thinking that is why they have no address or email on their website. Also probably why they are so cheap. I wouldn't trust their product or even their presence in your home to do an estimate!
