+ -1 moreThey promised a start date that was a month sooner than when they showed up. The first layer and temporary flashing was installed before a rainstorm. Water poured in around the chimney and dripped elsewhere. When the job was finished, there were drips of tar on the newly stuccoed walls, one of the 2 new gutters wasn't sloped properly and didn't drain at one end, and the roof still leaked. Interior work is being done as well, and when the sheetrock was pulled down there was a wet spot on a header over a window 3 or 4 months after the last rain. I still don't know if the roof will leak this winter. They are not answering my calls or letters.
Description of Work: The old roof was removed, and a new capsheet roof installed.

+ 0 moreOverall faulty work and very poor workmanship. They left holes about 2 inches wide in the roof. The gutters that were put on had the water flowing into the house. The people are trying to work with us a little bit but we are in a legal case with them now.
