I visited the store to get information on exterior video cameras. I appreciate that they listened to my needs and expectations and were honest enough to recommended a product carried by another store as a best fit for my situation. I left the store feeling I had been treated honestly and fairly. I would not hesitate at all to recommend this store for locksmith, and security needs.

On time and as promised. The guy that came out just seemed to be miffed about the whole thing and pretty curt. Other than that alls ok.

They were great. They were very friendly and they were very helpful when we walked in. They had a display of different kinds of rails. They presented the options very clearly on what was on display in the showroom and pictures of rails they had installed. They were willing to talk about the designs and which ones worked best with different types of houses. We wanted a rail that enhanced our home?s elevation and not detract from it. We got exactly what we were looking for. They told us it would be about two weeks and it was about a week and they did the installation in one day. Before that the guy came out and spent about an hour and did detailed drawings of how the railings would look so we had a copy of that before the rails were ordered. The guy that drew it came back with the installers to make sure there was a meeting of the minds between he, the installers and me to make sure there would be no hiccups. It was pretty well done and they are a very good company. They are great and I expect they will be for quite a while. I think we got what we paid for. Everybody we dealt with was great. I would definitely use them again. They come across as a company that really cares about their customers.

I would not recommend Reed Brothers Security. They made the gate too short so they had to put an extra piece on. Also, the painting job was rather sloppy. They were very nice though. They didn't clean up very well but besides that they were professional. I felt that the workers were not as good as the person designing the gate.

They are a pretty well known reputable firm. We were very pleased. We were pretty satisfied. We didn't like any of the locks they had in stock and they referred us to someone that had what we wanted and they installed it. The lock itself was expensive. They were professional and prompt. They did a great job. They have been in business for quite a long time. We would definitely consider using them in the future.

I hired Reed Brothers to do some work at my business. Very pleased with the work. They were on time, professional, and were able to repair things that other locksmiths had told us couldn't be fixed. Did the research to find the necessary parts for our antiquated doors/locks. And they were able to grease/repair some locks that we thought needed replacing -- didn't sell us unnecessary parts. Will definitely have them back again.

It seemed like it was not a very difficult job for them. They did a good job and I didn?t have any complaints. Their pricing didn?t make any impressions. The quality of their work was good and we didn?t have any problems. Their responsiveness was good. It was easy to schedule an appointment. Their professionalism was very good too.

Phone call was professional in setting up appt. Locksmith arrived within appt window, worked independently after given the walk through (which was nice since I was cooking dinner for my twin preschoolers), and was hard working. Price was best $250 that I've ever spent on locksmith!

They did all the work that I contacted them to do and it was completed to my satisfaction. They were punctual and seemed to know what they were doing.

The tech was on time and performed the job well. From phone call to service was about 2 hours. The only problem was that I was not home when the work was done, my wife was and she was not aware of the estimate. When I got home and looked at the bill, we were doubled charged for 2 main items- increasing our bill by 80.00. I called and it was immediately resolved. I believe it was a honest mistake.

I went down to the store front and picked out the door. They did a poor job with the installation. The door itself is a good door, but it does not fit flush like it should. The lock did not fit properly and they had to send a locksmith to readjust the deadbolt. Very pleasant people, and I like the door, just poor installation. They did have to reschedule me once after I waited all day for them to come. I then waited a second day for the locksmith to come as well.

Quoted price was similar to other locksmiths in my area. Showed up as scheduled and did the work as requested. A few days later we noticed that one of the locks was so stiff that it was almost impossible to turn without breaking the key. Called their dispatch and they scheduled a follow up to repair at no cost. Overall I am satisfied, but would have preferred if they had gotten it right on the first visit.

Great. Called in the morning. Made appt for 3:00. Guy showed up at 2:00. He did the work really well, he was clearly very knowledgeable and competent and friendly. I didn't rate price as I did not have time to do comparisons but it seemed very reasonable to me for the scope of work.

The work was excellent. Done on time and with very high quality. They created custom stanchions to repair the rusted out area of my front step railings.

Everything was good except that someone did not follow the directions and cut the handrail too short. However, when I called Warren and told them that it did not pass the city inspection they sent someone out there that day to remeasure it, cut it and the new piece was rewelded the following day. They also paid the additional inspection cost since it was their error. I can't believe I didn't have to play tough guy or beg them-they fixed it immediately and apologized throughout.

Skip, the technician, arrived on time, did an excellent job and left everything clean.

Quick, friendly, and inexpensive. Although they warned me that Saturday mornings were often busy, I was lucky.

Locksmith was late, but he was very efficient and professional otherwise.

Reed Brothers Security replaced a front door lock. I was locked out and destroyed the lock trying to regain entry. The locksmith was forced to do this on a Sunday. It took 45 minutes, and the charge was reasonable for weekend double time rate. I would call them again but hopefully I will not have to.
