Description of Work: Repaired/replaced sections of wrought iron fencing that had been damaged by an out-of-control automobile. Reed Brothers was first contacted mid January and they couldn't give me an estimate for a couple of weeks. I accepted their proposal on 2/7/15 and work was to commence in a couple of weeks after parts were received. Unfortunately Reed ran into delays with taking delivery of the parts and gave several different excuses as to why the fence repair wasn't complete. After several phone conversations and more delay the parts were finally received and the fence repaired on 4/3/15. I have to give Reed credit for knocking 10% off the overall bill for their failure to perform on schedule. I would use Reed again because the quality of their work is outstanding.

Description of Work: I had a lock that was not operating properly. They came out promptly and rekeyed that lock and another one to be the same, which was very helpful. They also did some work on the door so that the original lock works more smoothly now. Very polite, professional and prompt. I'd use them again anytime I needed that kind of service.

Description of Work: I have used Reed's several times, from duplicating rare keys no one else had blanks for, to advice on upgrading my home security. They are not cheap, but they are the best. When you don't have time go shop around, go to Reed's.
