Julio was punctual very professional and did a beautiful job of sanding and refinishing our deck. We had painted our deck with a thick paint which turned out to be a real mess. Thanks to Julio's sanding and refinishing we have a great new redwood deck. I am pleased and totally impressed with Julio's work he used an active vacuum to capture all the sanding dust which keep our yard and furniture very clean. I recommend Julio without any reservation he is a true profession craftsman.

Excellent quality and very responsive

Julio was great. He gave me a fair estimate that was built off of a price per sq ft (unlike other places that had a minimum rate). He was punctual and did an awesome jump power washing and staining our deck. It looks brand new! Julio even washed some of the surrounding wood area for no extra charge, he was super helpful. I would definitely recommend Julio and Next Gen Painting & Staining for any wood maintenance needs.

Arrived when he said he would, performed a complete sand and seal on my deck, which is a large deck...was very neat and meticulous which Is a huge plus for me as I am somewhat of a neat freak!! I like things done right... Some say iam a little to picky!! All said I would highly recommend them to anyone!ð
