 + -1 moreCrew members were friendly but unprepared. The moving truck too small for my job. My garage was left behind. Contacted owner. He begrudgingly sent another crew 3 days later to move the garage, and this was after several phonecalls.
Description of Work: Moving from 1 town to another. I had a specific list after a walk through of my home. 4 bedrooms and a garage. Most items were packed by myself. I left 1/2 of my kitchen for them to pack.

Arrived on time, and didn't waste a minute at all! Highly recommended for all Angie's Listers! Thanks again Richard for the help in setting up the move with his wonderful team!
Description of Work: Furniture handling, wrapping, protecting, and moving. Put TVs in boxes, disassembled and reassembled bed. Amazing job!

Rick and Art are so easy to communicate and work with, they are happy to accommodate with what they can and forthcoming about what they can't. I have moved the same items all 3 times so they know my inventory, I only needed to tell them what the accessibility is like at delivery the past couple of times. I would recommend an in person assessment if this is your first time though, Rick will work with you on that. The estimates are accurate, scheduling easy, team shows up on time and works diligently. The sense of security and assurance of ease I have come to feel with My Move is invaluable, keeps me coming back.
Description of Work: A move from San Leandro to Walnut Creek, full 1 bedroom apartment with partial packing of my boxes
