Description of Work: We had a sprinkler head that was leaking. Mr. Ha came and took a look at the not only the broken sprinkler head, but the entire sprinkler system. He found that we actually had a leak in one of our sprinkler valves as well. He also noted that one of our sprinkler heads should be replaced to only spray in one direction as opposed to a 360 degree spray, a recommendation that would eventually save us money on water use. He was thorough and made all the repairs completely. He also was very informative and gave great recommendations that obviously had our interest in mind.

+ -1 moreWe were referred to Mr Ha through our neighbor. He is a licensed contractor. He made time out of his weekend to come over and see us on a Sunday which was very convenient for my husband and I as we both work away from the house throughout the week. He recommended options for us based on our budget and style preference. We decided on an overlapping design to ensure privacy. The total price for the one side was $750.00 which we split with one neighbor. We gave him 50% down for the materials and the work started the following Friday. On Friday, the old fence was removed and posts were put in place for the new fence. They came back the next day after the cement had dried to finish the fence. We are pleased with the results and have scheduled part two of the work to be done next month. Mr Ha and his workmen were professional, personable and didn't even get bothered by our family dog! They cleaned up everything and took away all evidence of the old fence.
Description of Work: We needed to have our fence replaced. We worked with our neighbors to divide the work up in three sections as there are three sides of the fence that need replaced. This work was for one side of the fence only.
