Golden State Cleaning Systems

I'm not a happy customer. The cleaning took about 3 hours for a two bedroom mobile home. The second bedroom is very small. The mobile home is about 800 square feet and the home wasn't dirty. I was having an event the next day and I just wanted it cleaned. At first, the price was going to be $135. When the cleaner spoke to the owner it was $250, I agreed to pay it because I need some additional work done. The owner claims I gave him the wrong information when I gave him the job. The cleaner said she wouldn't do the dishes but I was willing to pay extra. I am disabled and it's hard for me to stand and do the dishes. I also asked to have under the bathroom sink cleaned, I had already moved out the things under it. In the bedroom, she made the bed. The in the second bedroom, it just needed vacuuming and dusting. For the living room, she cleaned the floor. I insisted she use my cleaner but she wanted to use the Murphy oil- the floor still looks kind of dirty. So does the Silverware. I called and exampled this to the owner but he was very rude. The was arguing with me about what I told him, claiming that he had his notes. I liked the cleaner as a person, but not the experience. For the appointment, he managed to work me in and had the cleaner in the next day.
