They are so good. Any little detail that my husband was not happy with, they would come back and fix that and not charge us. That owner would come until it was perfect and until we were satisfied. They're just wonderful to work with. They even did stuff they didn't have to do. Here's the most important thing with their crew, they're absolutely so polite and I never felt unsafe in my house with them here. I felt like I could trust them and it's really important. When I do these lower level floors, they'd be my first call.

Great! We got several bids to install tigerwood engineered flooring over a concrete slab foundation. Chris, the owner, sent someone to measure the day after I called for an estimate. The estimator arrived on time and brought a number of samples of different products with the same tigerwood face wood. I asked the estimator to leave one sample so we could "live with it" and there was no problem. Chris emailed his bid and answered all the questions I had about the product and process. We negotiated a slightly better price than Chris' original bid based on some of his competitors pricing and scheduled the work contingent on the concrete contractor finishing the leveling of the slab. When the leveling took longer than expected, Chris worked with me to reschedule without any disputes. The day before the scheduled installation the 3 guys were running a little late on a previous job and Chris emailed and phoned to let me know ahead of time. When the guys came, they answered all questions and got right to work. The three of them have been working together for some time and coordinated their activities well. They were also entertaining with their banter back and forth. The floor turned out gorgeous! Great work!
