CUSTOM STONE

Not a great experience with Custom Stone. If I can give a lower rating than a F I would. We are looking to remodel our kitchen and met with a very unprofessional salesman last Saturday Nov 8, 2014 @ 12:30 pm. My wife was asking how much was a particular piece of granite and he said it was very expensive ($35,000). She then asked about darker granite and lighter granite qualities. Salesman was very short and rude again. We decided to leave and look else where and ended up at Artistic Stone. Deborah at Artistic Stone was very professional and answered all of our questions.

Response time: Very fast, he almost always responded to my emails and requests within one day. Very personable and professional. Scheduling: Very easy, they worked with our schedules which was difficult as our general had moving dates on when the kitchen and counter prep would be ready. Price: Truly unbeatable. I compared with 3 other local countertop installers and distributos that came highly recommended and Custom Stone was only about half of their prices. Went to the office to see for myself (didn't want to risk a fly by night) and they were very nice. They've invested in huge machines to make the process less manual (lower cost) and higher stability (won't be running away given the high initial cost of the equipment). Quality of work: very good, there were a few small things that could have been better (I could see adhesive under the counter if I look from under, one of the faucet holes is a tiny bit bigger than need be). For the cost, a wonderful value. Would use again!
