+ -1 moreWe went with someone else because we couldn?t find the style we wanted. We must have looked at 2,000 pieces of stone. We spoke with them and we worked with them but we never got a quote because we never found a material that we liked. They were very polite and nice to work with even though we didn?t use them. They actually walked around with us when we went there. We checked a whole bunch of people and they were one of the better ones in terms of responsiveness and stuff.
Description of Work: Bay Fineworks Marble & Granite gave me a bid for new countertops in my kitchen.

+ 0 moreI thought that their price was really fair. They were on time and finished the work in a great amount of time. They were also very professional. I would use them again, if I needed any more work done in the future.
Description of Work: In my kitchen, they installed a 100 foot long marble countertop, that was prefabricated.

+ -1 moreFINEWORKS WAS A REAL FIND FOR US. THEIR PRICE BEAT ALL OTHERS, THEY WERE FAST AND EFFICIENT, AND PLEASANT TO WORK WITH. THEY ARE A SMALL BUSINESS AND WE WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND THEM.
Description of Work: FINEWORKS PROVIDED AND INSTALLED GRANITE COUNTERTOPS FOR OUR NEW KITCHEN INCLUDING; WORK AREAS, ISLAND AND DESK AREA. THEY CAME OUT AND MEASURED THE SPACE ALONG W/TAKING THE TEMPLATE FOR OUR COUNTERSUNK SINKS TO DETERMINE SIZE AND COST.

+ 0 moreTHEY WERE TERRIFIC!!! I WAS NOT PRESSURED TO CHOOSE IN A HURRY. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL TO ME AND GAVE ME GREAT SUGGESTIONS. THEY EVEN SHOWED ME THE PROCESS THEY WOULD GO THROUGH TO MAKE THE COUNTERTOPS AND HOW THEY MAKE THE BULLNOSE.
Description of Work: PURCHASED THE GRANITE FOR MY KITCHEN COUNTERTOPS FROM THEM. I WAS ABLE TO SELECT THE SLABS I WANTED FROM THEIR STORAGE FACILITY.

+ -1 moreTHE ONLY PROBLEM WE FOUND WAS YOU SHOULD ALWAYS MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO GO LOOK AT THE SAMPLES. THEY ARE VERY BUSY. THEY HAD THE GRANITE INSTALLED IN THE TIME THEY STATED THEY WOULD. IT LOOKS GREAT, AND THEY DID A GOOD JOB.
Description of Work: ORDERED AND INSTALLED THE GRANITE FOR THE KITCHEN REMODEL. MADE A TEMPLATE, AND THEN WHEN INSTALLED THEY CLEANED, AND SEALED GRANITE.
