BAY AREA CABINET SUPPLY

We recently remodeled our kitchen and had a positive experience working with Keri at Bay Area Cabinets. We originally considered doing the work through a large box store, but were so happy to instead support a local, small, woman-owned business instead. During our initial appointment with Keri, she took the time to help us decide on which brand of cabinet to choose and since we were not working with a designer she helped us design the layout of our kitchen. She was knowledgeable, friendly, listened to our ideas, and was able to problem solve a few issues for us. Throughout the process, we appreciated her quick response to any issues with the cabinets. The cabinets took about 12 months to arrive (this was in 2021 when there were still a LOT of supply chain issues as we came out of the pandemic!) and they arrived on-time from the original estimate. We had a couple pieces arrive with very minor damage and she immediately sent us replacements – and really, that’s all you can hope for when things go wrong. It’s been about 4 months now & we are overall very happy with our new kitchen and the cabinets we bought. Renovating a kitchen is such a big expense so it was really nice to end up with something that we are very happy with thanks to Keri & Bay Area Cabinets.

I loved working with Keri she made it easy to pick and design my kitchen cabinets. She is knowledgeable about cabinet styles, brands and material. They work with your budget and gets back to you very quickly if you have questions or concerns. My kitchen cabinets are well made and are beautiful I get so many compliments from everyone that sees them.

Excellent! BACS team worked closely with my contractor to ensure all cabinet elements worked and installed perfectly in our new design. They identified key kitchen elements such as pull out pantry shelves, cooking utensil side shelves and pot shelf organizers.

From start to finish, we found them to be friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. They are a family run business that really seems to care about their customers. The vanity was provided on time & we are very pleased with the product.

They were unbelievably pleasant to work with. They suggested the layout of the kitchen and also suggested the cabinets. The storeroom is small but they have things to show you and the cabinet line is that they have lower end and higher end. They have lot of variety of things to look at. The person, the designer that helped us with the kitchen is very knowledgeable. The cabinets are not custom made but are made ahead of time but they did a good job using it efficiently. It is incredibly family run operation. We didn't use them to install it but we would use them again. They will give you as much time as you need and they really help you feel you got what you want. It is difficult to make decisions on kitchen cabinets and they were just patient to know, offer some suggestions, things that you haven't thought about and the guidance is tremendous.

They were reliable and they showed up on time. They cleaned up after themselves. They gave me some real economical suggestions. They were actually working under some real adverse conditions because right in the middle of it I had to go into the hospital.

My new kitchen is better than I imagined, thanks to great quality of product and attention to detail by Kerri. She's very easy to work with. I never felt rushed or pressured. BACS is an honest, family-owned company, at reasonable prices for an outstanding quality product. I adore my cabinets and the process in designing and ording the cabinets was stress-less, and a lot of fun. The cabinets are beautiful and functional.
