Description of Work: They were very professional, maintained a clean workspace and did what we agreed upon. They inadvertantly pulled a wire to a light which required the services of an electrition which was provided quickly and without hassel.

Description of Work: Did very little. Did not go beyond garage. Placed 2 basic wood mouse traps new furnace in garage. Total service time spent: approx. 20 minutes. Would never use again!

Description of Work: The described there service as rodent control. However, upon arriving at the house, they did a quick check in the attic and exterior. After completing the service, the rep stated that they do not do two-story homes. This should of been stated clearly either from the initial call with the rep or when the rep arrived on site. The service was a waste of time. I later called another rodent service who stated immediately, that my home would be very difficult as there are Spanish tiles. This was an honest answer which I declined further service. Needless to say, I did find a company that within two visits addressed my issue and I am very satisfied - not sure if I can state the company name.

Description of Work: Inspection showed disturbed and contaminated attic insulation. Recommended removing all insulation and replacing it, which I agreed to. They did the whole process in one day, were neat and careful. I can see evidence that they plugged antry points under the house also.

Description of Work: They did exactly what we paid for, put up mouse traps but they didn't provide any assistance on closing up the entry points. We had to pay another company to help with that.
