I would definitely recommend them. It’s been a year and our bathroom limestone surfaces still look great.

They did a great job- we had an area with pet odors and they were able to pull up the carpet and clean underneath it. I was very pleased with their service and everything seemed reasonable!

They are excellent! They take the area rugs back to their company and make them look brand new! It was just beautifully done! The woman who runs the phone is also great. Nothing but the highest marks for their rug cleaning! We have been long time customers and have been pleased with their services!

It is a family owned business. They do carpet cleaning and air ducts. I have a 1000 square foot condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. They were good. I've never had it done before and I was satisfied with it.

The price was reasonable. They come when they say they are going to come. They have enough help to do what you want done. I would think they are professional because they do a lot of work.

Great In the past I've tried several rug cleaning businesses and have found Appleby's to be the best. Their pricing is a little on the high side but the quality and the fact that they are a local businessw, not a chain, keeps me coming back. The Appleby's staff has always provided great professional advice on how to care for my rugs. I would not consider going anywhere else to have my rugs cleaned.

Contacted Appleby for carpet cleaning, duct cleaning, and wood floor cleaning. Mark was prompt and thorough for the estimate appointment. I chose the carpet cleaning and duct cleaning, saving the wood floor cleaning for later. Making appointments was easy and the work people were prompt, thorough, and professional. Not all stains could be gotten out of my carpet but cleaner tried and told me so. The $1075 I spent was for both the carpet and ducts, perhaps a bit more expensive than others, but I will pay for quality and professional work and that is hassle-free. Carpet cleaning of six areas in the house took about 3 hours and duct cleaning took less than 2 hours.

The sink had been damaged during cleaning and was scratched on the bottom and on the ridges. Ray arrived during the time he was supposed to and after he explained what he was going to do got right to work. he completed the job in 30 minutes and made sure I was satisfied before he left. The work area was left spotless. I would recomend Appleby Cleaning and Restoration.

I actually wasn't very happy with them. I have given them a lot of money. I have huge Persian rugs and I have a red one that is 10x14 that they brought back where the red had bled into the white. It just didn't look good. On the whole they do a really good job. They did pick it up on time and the price was consistent. One of the problems is that they don't pick it up on the day that I am actually around the house so I always have to work around their schedule or take the carpet off the floor and leave it outside in the front which is not so safe for the carpet, but I live in a good area so that is okay. They do keep records of when they clean them, which helps me. I just had problems with this one carpet and it is a really large carpet. The red bled into the white and they sent it back to me that way and didn't even tell me about it. I haven't called them to talk to them about it. I have some Persian rugs that have silk in them and they have done a beautiful job. I think the problem was that I had them clean it extra hard because my puppies had messed it up when they were young and I think that is what messed it up with the bleeding of the red into the white but it still is not a good thing. They have cleaned two rugs since that time and they did a beautiful job. I don?t plan to use them again.

Excellent experience. Scheduled for when the office was closed and did a great job. Got rid of several stains. Even left spot cleaner for future use. They use a process that doesn;t leave any residue on the carpets so the carpets stayed clean a really long time - I hadn't realized it was so long since they were last cleaned! I will get them in to clean again.

I use them all the time. The guys that come out are really nice and prompt. They arrive on time. They did a good job.They were able to get huge stains, like coffee, out of the carpet. They are careful with the furniture. They are just really great.

everything went very well from beginning to end. they are somewhat more expenisve than some other carpet cleaners I have used before and I sometimes wonder whether they are worth it or not, but I am very satisfied with their results so I keep using them. The little bottle of carpet cleaner spray which they leave as a souvenir is a miracle

They are good and they do a very fine job, but they are very expensive. I had the bedroom and the family room done and an area rug done for the price. They are very competent and they are very careful with my furniture. They move it if I ask them to move it. That's what is nice. They are very careful and there is no sloppiness. I have a housekeeper now. I am very fastidious and I end up shampooing the rugs in some of the rooms every month because of the allergies with 2 of the dogs. We need constant maintenance.

One minor problem. They quoted me a price over the phone and then after picking the rug up to take to their "laundry" they said something about having to "block" it afterward and that that would nearly double the price. I told them that I had checked them through Angie's List and would report my experience. They called two days later, said the rug had washed fine and no blocking would be needed. It came back today and is really clean
