Appleby Cleaning and Restoration

It was not a good experience. They apparently did not book me correctly or they double booked themselves. They did not have enough people so they called somebody else that did not even work for them but they knew he did this work. He came over and did it and did a terrible job. He charged me a lot of money and the tile lasted for about a month. I was really unhappy with them.

In spring of 2012 we had a terrible water leak in our living room. Our beautiful Oriental rug got wet and needed to be cleaned. It's a large rug, about 10 x 14 feet and about 28 years old. Appleby came out as scheduled and gave us an estimate. I asked if they did repairs and they said yes. They picked up the rug and called later to give me the estimate to replace the fringes. Their estimates were quite reasonable. I think this rug had only been cleaned once or twice before. We have dogs so the rug had been peed on and thrown up on. Appleby agreed to store the rug for us for a few weeks while we had repairs made to the living room. After the repairs were made they promptly returned the rug. I was astounded when it was laid out on the floor. Our 28 years old rug looked like a new rug! I did not expect that. I am pleased with Applyby and give them an A+. I also requested they prepare two separate bills, one for the cleaning, which the insurance company would pay for, and the other for the repairs which I paid for. They did so and that helped me in submitting the cleaning bill to our insurance company for reimbursement.

We recommended them. They provided satisfactory service to us. They cleaned the rug very effectively. I thought the price was fairly high but I'm not so sure what it would cost.

They are excellent. The job went fantastic. They did a good job. They were able to check areas that other cleaners didn't such as residue of soap used for cleaning and they plugged that in their work order and take care of it. They were on time. They did their job well in terms of make it navigating corners in the rooms. They just showed class. I would use them again. We are going to call them in next month.

They were terrific. They were very neat, they were on time and they do exactly what they say they're going to do. They deliver it back to you when they say they were going to do it and they were on time for that. And, they did a remarkable job of cleaning it because it was an expensive rug.

They were marvelous. They've got great service, they are very pleasant, and they do a good rug cleaning.

Their price was reasonable. I dropped the carpet off there and picked it up, and they did what they were supposed to do.

It was not good. They're extremely expensive. Their demeanor was okay.

Everything was fine. I was just not going to spend that much money for floor that were not mine. They were pleasant to deal with. This is not our house, it is a rental house. I am not going to spend that kind of money on someone else's property.

Appleby Cleaning and Restoration came, they cleaned the rug, they left, and they did a good job.

They were great. They are one of the best in the carpet cleaning business. They do a better job than anybody I have had before. They are really clean.

The deck is not in such a bad shape, I just thought it could be meant to look really nice if it had a professional cleaning and then when I found out what it would cost, I decided not to do it. They sent a guy out, he looked at the deck and he gave me a quote. They had the minimum quote. They sent me e-mail ads for a while.

We do repeat business with them all the time. We always buy their specials, they have their promotions every once in a while so we wait until that happens and we go ahead and get them. They seem to know what they are doing and they do a good job consistently. They are professional and they clean up after themselves.

Appleby Cleaning and Restoration's price was reasonable, they did what we told them to do, and they got out of here. I would say to use Appleby Cleaning and Restoration.

They were fine. They cleaned the carpets just fine. It was an area rug, so I have them pick it up, take it away, clean it, bring it back. I've had no complaints. I think at the time their price was fine. They came when they said they would. I would probably use them again, I would definitely at least get a quote from them.

They were very good. They did a great job and we were very happy and satisfied with it. What I like about them is they were very informative and knowledgeable about their work and the chemicals they were using and what it was doing and what to expect over the long term. I would use them again in the future.

I have used them couple of times and had a good experience with them. They're quick, prompt, and do good work.

They did the work when we were out of town and they didn't do it right. We called them back and they did take care of it. The price was a bit much and I think we could have done it for cheaper. They were expensive. The guy that came out to do the estimate was just wonderful. He was fabulous. I didn't get any estimates from anyone else which I should have done so it was my fault. The main reason we had them come to do the work was not fixed and they signed off as if everything was fixed so we had to call him so he could look at it and then redo it. I was rather disappointed and didn't want to recommend them because of that. We had them give us an estimate for some other tile work outside and they were really high. They were great as far as trustworthy. I felt comfortable having them here. The salesmanship was excellent.

They were excellent. I've used them over the years. I think their pricing is reasonable for the quality of the work they do. They are a little bit higher than some places but they're very consistent. I continue to use them because of their reliability.

They are fabulous. They are a small, family ran company that have been in business for a while and when you call them, you get really personal service. They have always done a really good job. I was referred to them years ago by a woman that I have hired to clean my house. They are really great and very personable. I have never had to have them come back and redo something. I completely trust them in my house. They are really thorough and they suggest things that you might want to do but would never think of. They suggested that they could put a coating on the stairwell that kind of resisted all the tracked in dirt because I have kids and it worked really well. Their price was also reasonable.

I used Them a couple of months ago. They re-did the tiles in the shower. They were on time and they did an excellent job.

It was a fair price. They didn’t try to upsell me. They did let me know what else they could do, but they weren’t pushy. They were on time and they did a good job.

All was better than average. The staff in particular were excellent. I thought the price was a little high, but work was completed promptly and done well.

I like using them because they are a local business and family owned. They have been great, the guy who comes out always does a great job with the carpet and Michelle, who sets the schedules, is also wonderful!
