I had a accent wall wallpapered in my bedroom. What a metallic wallpaper. I called him the day before he called me back the night of schedule an appointment for the next day showed up on time. the Service and experience was two thumbs up. Very professional very quick got the job done right to a very high-quality. He was very clean and respectful Of my time and my furniture. Would highly recommend to anyone putting on wallpaper. Or using a wall cover.

This was a disappointing experience. I first made contact with Gary by email. He replied right away and i was even more surprised at his immediate response because he was actually out of the country. Since the relationship started off so well i decided to wait til he returned home so i could have him do the work. However, this turned out to be the best part of it. He estimated the job to take 4 days and i arranged with my boss to let me work from home during this time. Instead the job took 8 days. As it turns out, he didn't start on the day he promised. Therefore, i had to ask him to work on a Sun to make up for it. He did. He never showed up on time [1-2 hours late] for each of those days. I am a business women so I view these things as poor business practices. When i expressed my frustration about the length of time it was taking, he got very defensive and complained about how little he was making on this job and that he was missing a fine dining experience with his family because he was at my house so late [beyond 5pm]. This was a very surprising and unprofessional response. The paint job was impeccable but can't say the same for the wallpaper as there are noticeable seams. I know what great work is because i had my bedroom wallpapered a few years earlier by someone else and there are no noticeable seams in my bedroom. The only reason i didn't call that guy back to do this job is because he is not local. Gary is a super nice guy and I feel bad about this but also feel I'd want to know how things went as I rely on reviews to make my decisions about who to use.

From the first email to the last, the owner, Gary, was incredibly responsive, professional, and helpful. He did a beautiful job in the nursery and we will definitely use him in the future. We recommend him to anyone wallpapering a room.

We searched for a wallpaper installer Angie's List and found Gary's name. I called him and set up an appointment for an estimate. He gave an acceptable price and we hired him. He did the job in two days.

Gary was prompt, courteous, sealed the area for dust, and was meticulous in installing a difficult material. He hand-trimmed edges to reduce fraying. I am very happy with the result of my "tropical bathroom."
