 + -1 moreI gave them the job, they were supposed to come to measure. It never happened. I called a couple of times to find out what happened, tried to reschedule, it just did not happen.
Description of Work: They were supposed to come to my house, do measurements and then arrange for installation. It never happened, they are apparently too busy. The price quoted which included measurement and installation was not insignificant, yet not important enough to follow through.

 + -1 moreThe owner called to ask to come a few hours earlier to take measurements than we had arranged, but that worked out OK. Then it took a couple more days than expected for installation due to some glass breakage in production. But from the time of measurement to installation was only a week and the work was very professionally done. The installer really knew what he was doing and was very courteous. The shower glass looks great.
Description of Work: 12/12/2011 We recently had new glass installed in our shower. I stopped into South Coast Screen and Glass and was impressed by the owner's son who looked at the lay out I showed him. He said they could do it exactly as we'd drawn, but he explained changes we might want to consider that he thought would be better for our shower. He seemed very knowledgeable. When we were ready for glass, I called, made an appt. and Sean came out and took factidious measurements. That was on a Wed. There was a little delay in installing due to glass breakage I was told, but the glass was installed the next Wed. So it was all done within a week. The installer, Nino, was terrific. He obviously knew exactly what he was doing, was so quick and efficient it was almost like poetry in motion. When done he & his asst. cleaned up everything. They'd laid protective pads over our floor, which I appreciated. The glass seems to fit beautifully. We are very pleased with this experience and would recommend this company.
