I was with the technician, the whole time, and he explained it down to the smallest details. Complete system was inspected and tested. Although my system is about 17 years old it did not need refrigerant added, It was putting out cold air and return air was within recommended limits, A few electrical parts were tested and recommended for replacement, but not really necessary at this time. I thought the electrical part prices were way too high, so I declined, the system might last another 3 years or more with those parts, and at that time, maybe it will be time for a complete new system instead. The 2 electrical parts would have cost about $400.00, a New Air Conditioning unit of equal size or larger are only 2/3's more. Overall, An Awesome Service and value. 5 Stars.... I would recommend to everyone to stat now hand have this service done before the California heat wave comes.

I purchased a coupon from Seaside which covered the cost of the initial service call and left me with a nice credit should I need additional money.for other potential costs. Scott was the technician who showed up in advance of the agreed upon time. He was nice, professional and very willing and patient to teach me about HVAC systems. After some troubleshooting we decided my best option was to replace an over complicated thermostat with a more user friendly one.The parts were available on his truck and in little time I had a new thermostat and felt competent once again with and on-off switch. I was able to use the money credit towards the purchase and install. Thank you Seaside.

Well. Thank you. He gave me some good advice on a couple of things I was having issues with leakage. I was real pleased with this one. Very pleased. This was the second of two deals that I had purchased from them. I got a leak in my air conditioning system and that's why I had them come back out. I really liked the guy that came the last time and didn't particularly care for the guy that came the first time but say la vi.

They came out the end of September to do the work. There were additional costs but not much, maybe a hundred dollars extra.

They are honest, fair and efficient. I found Seaside on Angie's List and have continued to use them. I've recommended them to my neighbors. I'm really happy to have found them.

The technician from Seaside was on time and called before the appointment to let me know he was on his way. He was very thorough and completely serviced the condenser that is outside, and the unit in our attic. He also added coolant to the system. I am very please with the work they did.

Seaside Air Conditioning & Heating put in an an Air Conditioning unit in August. I had a lot of asbestos in my house. The asbestos company they recommended totally resolved my problem. Seaside installed a Maytag Air Conditioner. Everything went perfect and I could not have asked for a better experience.

This was done at our rental. Renter said they were on time, professional, did the job quickly and well.

It went great. Only thing was a part had to be replaced for $191. I also signed up for their yearly service which includes the furnace. Scott showed me the part and how it was worn, but what do I know, had it replaced. I really liked Scott, very thorough.

Representative from Seaside A/C showed up not only on time but actually early after calling to see if it would be okay to come earlier. That was wonderful and I really appreciated that because it meant a shortened window for me to wait. A representative showed up, took off his shoes so as not to track in dirt, and went over schematics of the job as well as educated me on the indoor A/C controller and the outdoor A/C unit itself. I really appreciated that because I learned ways to keep energy usage to a minimum and no one had ever bothered to explain the equipment to me before. The job ended up costing more than the proposed assessment of $59 because we had to replace a part that had worn over time. The part was crucial to the running of our system and was on a ticking time bomb timeline to breaking. Our system had never been assessed or maintenance since installation over 8 years ago. With the exception that I think the assessment cost of $59 should have been allowed to be applied to overall cost of repair, I think Seaside A/C did an excellent, professional job and I was really happy with their service. I will definitely utilize them as needed in the future.

It was fine. It worked out well. We paid a little extra because he did something else. They seemed very good. I'd have them again. They did a great job. They were here when they were supposed to be.

The service technician was very nice and repaired the air conditioner which would not even turn on. He was quick and friendly. It ran better than it ever had after he was done. I was very impressed by the service and the particular serviceman. I would use them again without hesitation.

Excellent -- very honest. A previous guy wanted $1000 to fix our AC.

Jesus called to see if he could come early. YES! He quickly found the problem - a capacitor had blown. He replaced a filter we had on hand and did a thorough inspection. He wore booties while in the house. Very professional throughout. The B for responsiveness was because we called on Monday and the first appointment was Thursday.

Jesus was patient and fully explained his findings.

Jim was professional and knew his stuff. I will certainly use Jim and Seaside again for HVAC needs.

Seaside Air responded quickly, professionally and solved the problem (which 2 previous providers had been unable to do). I ultimately needed a custom fabricated splash guard to stop the leak and mold issue. The rep at Seaside Air explained the issue (in a way that I could understand) and came up with a custom solution. Price was very reasonable!

He looked t system and stated he could not fill or add freon. He wanted to sell compltet new unit and not fix the old. Reading tips on Angie list they say watch out for that type of sale

Technician showed up on time and explained what is included in the coupon purchase, which matched what was stated online. He then proceeded to check out the units - cleaned the central air first and replaced the filter and explained that the unit is getting old but still in good condition, then the covered the compressor to clean out all the leaves inside, inspected the unit, and strongly recommended to replace the unit after this season as it's about 20+ years old and much more efficient units are available. Finally, he added a pound of refrigerant to get me through this season. I asked for a quote about replacing the compressor and he said the office would be in touch, but to this day, I have not heard anything. Overall the technician was professional and answered all my questions thoroughly.

I purchased a Big Deal. A friend had already provided Seaside as a reference. It was great luck that they were offering a Big Deal at the time I needed assistance. The serviceman was prompt and professional. After inspecting my heating unit, he explained with some detail a piece of a mechanism had broken off. A trip to his truck confirmed that he did not have the part with him. He jury-rigged a temporary solution for me, arranged to come back in a couple days (after the part came in), and gave me his # to call in case the temporary fixed gave out before he came back. It worked just fine, and on his scheduled return, he replaced the part in 5 minutes. I paid only the Big Deal amount for total service. I would call Seaside again the next time I have heater or A/C issues, and recommend them to my friends.

We paid for a basic tune up but Seaside went above any beyond, Our 22 year old unit now good for another year. We always contact Seaside for all HVAC, they are the best company we've dealt with after 25 years of home ownership.

It went well. The technician, Mike was very professional. Came on time wore shoe covers and cleaned up after himself after he was done. He cleaned out the A/C and furnace and also recharged 2 lbs of refrigerant. The $59 special came with only 1lb so got charged an extra $45 for another lb. He didn't push me for anything I didn't need. He said I have a micro leak somewhere so just to do tune-ups once every few years and get it topped off. The A/C seems to be working better now.

They arrived on time and did a great job.
