We provide service and installation of all residential and commercial air conditioning and heating systems. Our friendly, knowledgeable staff offer unsurpassed customer service guiding our clients through the service or installation process. We pride ourselves on identifying what our customers truly want and need from their air conditioning and heating systems. Next we provide the most efficient cost effective way to fulfill our clients requests. We are honest, reliable, trustworthy, knowledgeable and prompt. We have no diagnostic fee for service calls if we do the repair. We offer warranties on our service up to 5 years. We offer our VIP Membership maintenance plans. We accept all major credit cards. All of our technicians are our associates as we do not use subcontracted service or installation technicians. We do subcontract, however, for Asbestos Abatement.

Description of Work: Seaside installed a new AC system, including replacement of the old furnace. The installation, and post-installation testing, was performed in a professional manner. Upon completion of the job, the new AC system was personally inspected by the Seaside owner.

Description of Work: They were on time, they replaced the compressor but it only worked for one day, called them back and asked to send the tech back with a new compressor. The tech came without a new compressor and three days later they brought a new compressor and installed it. I believe the cost was high however if they would have brought a new compressor on the second day they would have got an overall A from me.

Description of Work: My air conditioner went out on the hottest day of the year. After researching Angie's List, I called Seaside Air. I bought the special deal and after replacing the Capacitor, and checking everything out, and replacing my filters (one in a really hard to access spot) I ended up paying only $40

We emailed the customer to which they never received. I called the customer and apologized for not following up on the email and offered a 10% discount if they decided to do any work with us. Never heard anymore from her.
