I have been an owner/operator since 1981. I have specialized in high end custom homes and now leaning towards repairs/light remodel/etc. To save you money, I am able to diagnose your plumbing issues immediately, at $75.00 an hour, most jobs get resolved in half the time of other plumbers. Since I don't work on commission, you save $$$. Consultation is free. *Note: Most of my clients have been with me for 15 plus years. New clients seem very satisfied.

Description of Work: Saved me thousands. Had a crook plumber start a job said my main line was blocked with tree roots randy was working at my neighbors and told me they were not being honest sent them away randy cleared the drain line and finished the job for me. A truly great guy

Randy Saved Me!!! I had a main sewage line back up and had another notorious company doing the work. As they progressed with getting my drain cleared the price and problems escalated faster than you could bat your eyes. Fortunately Randy was doing work at my neighbors and overheard my distress. He immediately told me he could get that drain cleared and save me thousands of dollars. The other company said no-way and within 15 minutes once Randy had his equipment there the drain was unclogged. Randy is the most honest person I have EVER encountered and it was a pleasure dealing with someone honest, reliable and completely professional and knowledgeable in his trade. He sure made me more knowledgeable about plumbing. He was my angel that day.
Description of Work: Randy unclogged my sewage line and backfilled hole that another company left open.

Randy was prompt, through and well versed on how these are supposed to be installed. He was fast, responsible and a pleasure to have working on our property. The Building Inspector for the City of LA came out and we passed inspection and were signed off immediately.
Description of Work: Wonderful gentleman. Removed an improperly installed Earthquake Shut Off that had been installed on the wrong size of the gas meter and then installed the right size valve on the house side of the gas meter, per code.
