Tony Rodrigues did excellent work. Tony came in time and finish the work in time. I am very happy.

It went very well. Tony was prompt in his response to my call, immediately verified if he could find the right units and had the job scheduled for the following day! Showed up on time, worked 14 hours with his partner and I was left with a fully functioning AC that could not have come at a more critical time. Tony and his partner were very professional and even though they hit a big problem removing my furnace ( took them 5 hours as opposed to the usual 1-2 hours), he assured me he would not leave without completing the job! And he did complete the job at 11:30 pm. Very professional, highly recommend Phenix Air, Inc.!!

Tony, owner of Phenix Inc, contacted me right away and made several follow up calls. I could see he was very eager, but also very respectful. I told him to come over and he promptly arrived. He explained all the elements of my failing AC and what he recommended. He was very respectful and not pushy at all. He gave me a very fair price estimate and educated me on all that price included. With very hot weather rapidly approaching, I pulled the trigger and Tony was immediately on his phone ordering the system. He told me he was going to pick up the parts and would return in the morning. He did just that, worked a 13 hour day with his partner and completely pulled out the old systems, installed the new system and rewired my thermostat to a more appropriate area. This was over and above anything I expected, I would recommend Tony in a heartbeat to anyone who wants an efficient, organized, professional and very knowledgeable individual who gets the job done. Phenix Inc is the place to call if you want a job well done!
