+ -1 moreNeal came to my house and promised to provide me a landscape plan in short order. He asked for payment in advance, and I stupidly paid him $1200.00. He then disappeared for months before sending a few excuses via email after I started hounding him for the plan. Needless to say, I got ripped off and now have to take this to court.

+ -1 moreEverything went great. This was a well organized job. The crew was always on time for each step of the project. The materials were delivered on time. All appointments were well coordinated with the inspector and all passed. The actual masonry work is top quality and looks great. I will definitely be using Neil A Mofhitz for my next major landscape improvement project.
Description of Work: I replaced the wood fence around my property with slump stone.

Description of Work: Came out looked at yard. Was to provide landscape plan and estimate for completed work with in two weeks. Five weeks later no plan and he was not returning phone calls. Next I heard the very nice person he was working with on plant selection called me to make an appointment. I told her we still had not heard from him and did not have an estimate or plan. I requested they return the copies of our previous plan and plant selection information. After a reminder call to her they were returned as requested.
