+ -1 moreI've used them a couple of times. Overall they are great when I can get hold of them. The only drawback is that they have banker's hours unless there is a special call that they agree to. It was a little difficult to get hold of them. Once I got into their queue they were very professional and called to follow up and tell me when they would meet me at the property. They did what I asked them to do and I was very happy with that. The price was fair for what they did. It is a small business and I tried to go to their shop a couple of times and they were always closed. They have limited hours in the shop but they have a voicemail and they called me back. They were very good and showed up on the agreed upon time and day. The quality of their work was very good. I had no complaints about that.
Description of Work: I used Capistrano Lock And Safe to do some lock replacements on a rental property and they gave me some extra key copies.

Description of Work: We have an electric lock on the entrance gate to the front courtyard of our home that quit working when we had some termite work done on the house. Gary helped diagnose the problem and found out that the problem is the wiring and not the lock or transformer. I am going to replace the wires and then call him back to hook everything back up. Also in the past I have stopped by several times to the store and they have all the keys and locks that you could possibly need. And they are more than happy to special order items for you.
