Description of Work: Demolish the bathroom.. Install new lights, tiles, tub and toliet.. Am disappointed that the owner of the business hired inexperience contractor as the floor isn't even to the hallway floor like my other two bathrooms!! And the grout from the tub to the tile is uneven and it's already cracking.. Eye sore.. Didn't finish the painting as they forgot to paint the wood frame!! Love the looks but few flaws..

It didn't go at all.
Description of Work: I set an appointment with company. A day or two before appointment I was contacted by someone there. They informed me that the company was being audited so they had to cancel all appointments, and that they would contact me after the audit to reschedule. They gave me the options of getting my money back or waiting til September to be put on the schedule. I have not heard from them since that time.

Description of Work: I scheduled the service appt weeks in advance but received no contact from either the service provider nor Angie's List that the provider could not longer honor the deal. Hence, there was a no-show on the appt day & time, i.e. I waited around for nothing. If Angie's List notified by email of this issue of the deal no longer being honored, I would have given it a better grade.

Aside from having a high volume of purchased coupons to set appointments for (of course, you were on our list of calls to be made), Angie's message center was not functioning well for a few days as well. I have offered to have a designer come and see you although your purchase is being refunded, but have not heard back from you.
