I am very happy with the work and the quality of the service is amazing. Miguel is prompt, quick and very professional in what he is doing. I got my kitchen flooring back to its best shape at a reasonable cost. I will go to him for any future work and I will recommend him to all of my friends.

He was easy to talk to and was very professional. His quote was really competitive. He started next day and he showed up on time. He finished day and a half early. What else can one ask for!! I hired Wood Flooring Experts to stain my hardwood floor and I couldn't have been happier with the finally product. We have Pine floors in blush color, which was very mundane. We picked a darker stain and when I first saw the initial coat, I was very worried about how it was looking very uneven and blotchy. Miguel reassured me that it will look good after the matte finish. Sure enough the floor turned out to be great and it looks so rich. Gives the house the look it truly deserve. Everyone who walks through the house says that the floor looks great and has so much character compared to the usual pine blush color. Highly recommend Wood Flooring Experts.

I've never done a review before on anything but I felt compelled to do so this time. I had carpet in the living room and master bedroom and wood in the other bedrooms and hallway. My husband wanted to get rid of the carpet in the two rooms. I contacted The Wood Flooring Experts and spoke to the owner, Miguel Espinoza. Miguel came by and gave us an estimate and we hired him. We stayed in the house as we have two dogs so he did the bedrooms side of the house first while we slept in the living room and when he was done, we moved to the bedroom so he could do the living room. He also did the baseboards throughout the house. He did an excellent job. He was professional, punctual, courteous, and very accommodating. I will recommend Miguel to anyone interested in doing their wood floors. He also does tile, so we're looking into that too for the kitchen and bathrooms. Thank you Miguel for the beautiful floors.

We've owned our townhouse for nearly 14 years and have never had the hardwood floors in the kitchen and living room refinished. Both rooms had lots of scratches (especially the kitchen) and Miguel successfully sanded them down and refinished them to the beautiful floors they were when we moved in. We highly recommend his company.

I had a water leak in my house and Miguel was there the next day to assess the situation and give me an estimate right away. He started working on the floors right away. Came early. Stayed late. Helped move out the furniture..including the fridge, stove and laundry machines. HE EVEN WORKED ON CHRISTMAS EVE AND CHRISTMAS DAY TO MAKE SURE WE CAN HOME TO COMPLETED FLOORS!! He is very detailed oriented and you can tell he knows his stuff. Even when we changed our minds to go with a heringbone design, he was very helpful and pointed us in the right direction. My house was clean of all dirt and debris after each work day. You can tell he takes pride in his work. I couldn't be happier. I will be calling Miguel for any future flooring needs. Miguel was very professional.6.45 am and ready to go! My floor was refinished and an small area patched. It looks amazingly beautiful. An old 1930's dark brown, scratched and generally in a sorry state wood floor. Miguel brought it back to as new. I have 2 more floors under carpet and will bring Miguel back to revive them too. Highly recommended. Did not leave a mess behind. Which I really appreciated.
