The team started punctually, at 6:30 am (wow!). The job finished at around 12:30 pm, same day while other companies provided an estimate of 3-5 days on the same job. The quotation was about the same as what other companies have provided. The re-furnishing work was done well. Good recommendation of stain color and extra effort was put in on the top coating just to make sure that I was fully satisfied with finished work. I'd highly recommend Wood Flooring Experts!

The contractor worked on a Saturday in order to accommodate our family s schedule, and offered to return for a second visit in order to re-install the toilet after the custom tile floor is installed by a different contractor. The sub-flooring repair in the shower area was solid.

I was desperate for help. Miguel returned my call promptly & happened to be working in my area! He said he would finish current job & come over. He came when he said he would come and went the 2nd mile! He, his son, plus another young man started on the job, were diligent, and finished fixing the rotten, wet floor that same day!! Miguel was very professional and did great work. He listened to the details of the work we needed done (beyond simply sanding and refinishing the floor itself) and incorporated that into the project. He was easy to communicate with, prompt, and finished the job as scheduled. He left the space clean and dust-free. The floor looks great -- we are quite pleased with the results!

The era of the craftsman who takes pride in everything he does is not dead! Miguel and his brother came to our hair salon in Stanford Shopping Center [you're welcome to come and take a look - we have 40 year old hardwood floors] refinished, repaired and made our ancient floors look like they were brand-new. Totally unexpected because these floors were old, beat-up, scratched and stained with hair dye. They did this at night because we are open 7 days a week, and had us up and working the following morning. I can honestly say the best ever. I've had the floors done before but the work doesn't even compare. No drama, polite, and reasonable price. I guess the day of the excellent craftsman is not over!

It truly looks like NEW! We went with a natural satin finish and all of the extensive dents, scrapes, SEVERE yellowing has been transformed into a rich fresh floor that accentuates the rich character of the natural wood.
