The contractor's representative, Nathan, arrived right on time and was very professional and informative. He asked what we wanted done and advised us as to the feasibility of the project. So far we are deciding what we are going to do.

Tom was the PM who showed up for the appointment. He was on time, professional, and gave some good advice and design ideas. The current status and design of our house pose quite some challenge for remodeling work. Tom was patient and took time evaluate our ideas. After seeing all the good reviews of Wise Builders, and communicating with Tom and the owner Eric, we are sure that they could do the job very well.

I could not be more pleased with Wise Builders and how they managed the remodeling of my hall bathroom. From the first meeting with Tom and Adam, they were professional, responsive, and clearly very knowledgable and experienced. Wise took care of everything, from planning the project timeline to pulling permits and coordinating all of the subcontractors. Tom gave great design advice along the way, and steered us towards some good suppliers for tile and plumbing fixtures. I was very impressed by all of the subcontractors who worked on the bathroom - they kept the work site very clean (not an easy job), worked hard, and were excellent craftsmen. I especially enjoyed working with Dario, who was on site much of the time - it's clear that he cares about his job and the projects he works on; no detail was left untouched. Same goes for Tom, who kept us updated every step of the way and communicated very well via both texts and email (my preferred method). The end result is a gorgeous hall bathroom that's been entirely updated - new tub, shower plumbing, vanity, toilet, electrical, wall tile, lights, fan, and floor tile. We plan to renovate our master bath next and will definitely be using Wise Builders for the job. Outstanding work!

I highly recommend the wise builders team for a bathroom remodel. We hired wise builders for our master bath remodel. Our project manager was Nathan. The whole project took roughly 4 weeks from start to finish and ended up costing exactly what Nathan quoted us from the beginning. They did a fantastic job, were on-time, and very respectful of our home. They cleaned up after themselves ever day and Nathan kept us updated on the progress, any issues and next steps. He also provided us with a shopping list and provided some guidance/recommendations on products. They entire team was a pleasure to work with and we have hired them to remodel our 2nd bathroom.

Great experience! From start to finish Wise Builders were professional. The project manager was always communicating with me and giving me updates about my project. I would get notified when inspections are passed and if anything is needed on my end (for example; shopping items like tile grout appliances etc...) The crew that was assigned to me project were great! They were on time each morning and always came in the house with a smile and there work shows. The quality of the project was the highlight here. Everything was handled with care and attention. Nathan and Wise Builders have a very talented crew that can get the job done on time, efficiently, and on budget. Thank you to Nathan and the team at Wise Builders. I highly recommend for any homeowner NOT looking to break up there job and be a full time project manager to work with wise builders!

Nathan, what can I say about you?! You went beyond my expectations with remodeling my kitchen. You're young, smart and very knowledgable with your business and I'm extremely happy me and my wife decided to go with you and your company. I went with wise builders after doing my homework and getting several estimates. I have been warned before about how to choose the right contractor. I had several bids also come in ranging from ridiculously low cost to unreasonably high. Wise builders came in right in the middle and I had the best feeling with the project manager I also felt the the price was fair. Now my kitchen and roof is complete with approved permit. (Took them 4.5 weeks)

I met with Nathan the project manager. He was very helpful with guiding me through the construction (this was my first time remodeling). Remodeled my kitchen w/ an island, 2 full bathroom remodels one of which is my master which was completely changed around and walk in closet. Nathan and the tremendously professional crew were great. They had all the tools from the Architect/designer to the foreman and workers. I am absolutely happy about my experience with Nathan and wise builders and I definitely recommend to use them if you are in the market for a good contractor with fair and competitive pricing. We all know that's an important one!

I met with Nathan. He was assigned to be our project manger. We chose him because he was helpful and was able to guide us in the direction we wanted. He was not pushy like all the other contractors that came over. He took the time to listen to what we wanted. He also gave us a lot of recommendations of where to go for tile, countertops, cabinets etc... As well as many design ideas. Nathan really has a lot of patience & experience, I have noticed he will always be of help when it comes to questions and guidance. He provided us with shopping list items and quantities. Everything was organized that way the shopping for the project materials was done easily and on time. We finished the shopping Phase and nathan was quick to schedule the crew to begin the demolition. My kitchen and master bathroom were both done simultaneously so there was a good amount of Construction done at the house. But, the crew was nice, friendly and surprisingly clean (for a construction project). The guys are highly professional and the quality shows! I am definitely a happy customer and wise builders was really able to make my experience doing remodeling in my home a good one! Definitely will be using them for some more work in my house in the future.

I have used Contractors in the past and I've never been satisfied with most of their work, Nathan, came to meet me for a walk around and was equipped with the knowledge and the right tools to meet my remodeling needs, I'd like to call them again for a full kitchen remodel soon since their timing was on spot when it came to getting permits and starting the work. I like to warn everyone on who you pick as a contractor, I rather spend the extra money for an experienced contractor than run into problems with the city in the future.
