Description of Work: Did a great job. Would have given an A, but I had to call frequently to get a start date. They could have communicated better and returned my calls, so I didn't have to keep guessing if they were going to show up.

Description of Work: Westshore did a very good job overall. The estimator came out very soon after I requested an estimate and made sure I had all my questions answered. He explained options such as replacing skylights and gave me his recommendations. The work itself had to be fit in when weather allowed but the crew did it well and without much inconvenience. There were a few issues with the new gutters that we wanted but these were relatively minor. Not only were we very satisfied with the result, but Westshore was the lowest of three bids we got, all from companies highly rated on Angie's list.

Description of Work: They had to install 2 new downspouts one in front of the porch and one in the back of the house. It went well, it took a bit longer to get the work done because each time they were to do the work, it rained. It is done now, there was a break in the weather yesterday. The did a good job, no more problems with overflowing gutters.

Description of Work: Replaced roof. They used all the latest materials and were the most honest, technically knowledgeable, and experienced of about 5 roofing companies I got bids from. Price was very competitive. Very prompt and responsive to our needs.

Description of Work: Paul came out to get some measurements of my home, after we went over products, costs & an estimate, he was very professional and knowledgeable and to the point. |My wife and I met with Paul again and we went over exact costs and are scheduled to have his company install our roof and attic insulation. We were very impressed with him and felt very comfortable with our decision to have Westshore help us with this major investment with our home. |I will give a final report after the job is completed the 12nd week of July.

Description of Work: I've left 2 messages with their answering service several days a part and I have not received a call back. If I can't even get a call back when I'm looking for a bid I can't imagine how responsive they'll be if I hired them.

Description of Work: Removal and initial installation were fine. Due to not having an exterior electrical outlet for the roof install, there were communication issues as to when the worker would arrive (so garage could be opened for access to elec. outlet). There was a delay in the gutter installation and I had to call several times which shouldn't be required. Westshore can improve on communication with owner expectation. Quality of work was very good and Pablo the sales contact was great.

Description of Work: Replaced roof on single story house. IN the end they did a good job but I experienced problems when after the initial inspection the inspector pointed out things that needed to be done and the roofer did some of them but not all and proceeded with the roofing job without a re-inspection. A job that should have taken a week ended up taking almost two months and entailed removing all the new roofing material before it would pass inspection because the roofer didn't understand what the inspector wanted.

Description of Work: The vendor replaced tiles on a wood shingle roof. Its an older roof that needs to get replaced but we are trying to hold off a year while we decide if we are going to completely remodel next year. They did a nice job. They were honest about what shape the roof was in but said they thought they could get us through the year. Unfortunately, it rained and the roof finally leaked by the fireplace. We didn't realize it until two days before the rains were coming back. I was able to call the vendor and they squeezed me into their schedule and were done before the next rain came.
