They had the exact configuration, color and model that we wanted. They had the old one taken out and put in the new one and got it all leveled and working. They were professional, responsive and punctual. The sales person also recognized me from my last visit there.

Bought a GE over the stove microwave oven. The price was very competitive. Paid for delivery and installation. Everything went well.

I found their selection of freezers limited and it did not cover the full range of features. Prices seemed reasonable. Sales people were difficult to find and did not have additional information about the models or features. Signs were the only source of information. I did not find sales people or posted information helpful in comparing models.

The salesperson (Darryl) assured us that we would not have any trouble getting the model and color we wanted. About 2 weeks before our target delivery date, I called to make delivery arrangements, only to have Darryl say that the wrong unit was sent. He said he had re-ordered the right one and it would be at our home on time. After that, I heard nothing. I called and left a message. And another message. And another. And another. We were so disgusted with how Darryl was ignoring us, we went to the Gilroy location to see if they could do anything for us. We found out that Darryl had lied to us, he actually entered the wrong model number; it wasn't a ''shipping'' problem. Eventually, a loaner was delivered, which we had for about 5 weeks before the right one finally arrived. The Gilroy staff was pleasant, honest, and didn't ignore us. The delivery guys were clean, professional, and courteous.

Sales experience was good, salespeople were attentive, knowledgeable, friendly; was a little disappointed with the installer, but he did correct his mistake promptly as soon as I called in about it. Overall, good experience.

Installation took longer than I thought it would; original electric outlet was behind the old dishwasher; new outlet needed to be put to the side and under the sink.

Excellent. We were very happy with the sales experience and would definitely go back. The installation also went very well. The installers made sure that everything was to our satisfaction. They took time to show us the features and they cleaned up after themselves.

I had a handyman service fixing cabinet damage and installing the new dishwasher. I was under a time constraint, and the Western Appliance had exactly what I needed, in the color I needed. The handyman service picked up and installed the dishwasher for me. When the box was opened, there was a dent in the front panel of the dishwasher. I had it installed, and called within a few hours of purchasing the dishwasher to find out what I needed to do to get a replacement part. I was told to take the entire dishwasher to their warehouse across town and exchange it. When I explained the situation, the manager of the store then gave me the name of a parts store where I could PURCHASE a new front panel. I asked for the manufacture 800 number, and worked directly to have the part shipped to my house for free. The manufacture apologized, and told me the store should have done this. Bottom line, if you don't use their installation service, when the sale is done, the sale is DONE.

This is a great company to work with. We had some differences along the way, but they always did what it took to satisfy me. They have wonderful employees who point out the advantages and disadvantages of certain appliances. They delivered the dishwasher and were very careful when they bought it in. I thought the employees were very courteous.

We bought a new Bosch dishwasher from Western Appliances; we liked what we had so we tried to duplicate it. We went to western for that reason, but when the new dishwasher came in it was 1/4 inches wider and this made the hole too small for the new dishwasher to fit into. It took a month before we had our dishwasher up and running. We had to get some plumbing work done and the space made to fit. The man came back and 4 times before it was done right. This was not their fault, but they were patient and great about helping get it done for us. We wish we had of known about the size difference ahead of time. They kept coming back and finally it is installed, but the quality of the machine itself isn't the same as the old one, the old one was better.

We use this company for all of our appliance needs. They are a very reputable company. They have top of the line appliances and they have affordable pricing. When you purchase the appliances they deliver the appliance right away.

This company has a good reputation. Friends referred them to us. I had a pleasant experience with this company. These people are willing to go the extra mile for customers. The appliances are top quality units. They arrived right when expected to install.

I had a very wonderful experience. I am 89 years old and these people were really understanding and helpful. They took care of all the work and little stuff for me. They did a great job. They put in the range for me and it did not take long.

They are a trustworthy company I have been using them for 30 years. If something breaks on an appliance you purchased from them with the warranty they will come right out and fix what is wrong. They are very prompt. It never takes them long to install things.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. I HAD NOT REMOVED THE EXISTING MICROWAVE, SO THEY DID NOT INSTALL THE RANGE TO ALLOW ME EASY ACCESS TO THE MICROWAVE. THEY DID PLACE THE RANGE ON A MAT RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE FINAL LOCATION TO ALLOW EASY INSTALLATION.
