+ -1 moreIt didn't go at all. I was informed that West Shore doesn't do repairs, they're too busy with their big contracts. When I told the woman I just needed one guy for a half-hour tops to nail the cap tiles back down, her response was "that doesn't matter. We don't have time for you." So, the implication is they are only interested in installing new roofs, and not penny ante jobs like mine.
Description of Work: A couple of cap tiles on the apex of my roof came loose and needed to be reattached. I called the manufacturer (Decra Tile) and they recommended West Shore Roofing.

+ -1 moreThey were very responsive, professional and timely. We had some problems with weather because it was around the rainy season. Everything else they did a great job, we are very pleased with the results. Overall, it was a very positive experience.
Description of Work: West Shore Roofing did a tear off and re roof of our home.
