+ -1 moreThe installation of the hot water heat was completed on time. The plumber took time to explain to me the operation and maintenance of the hot water heater and also helped me evaluate my various hot water options considering the water quality in our neighborhood, which is very hard water. The plumbing the for Washer was repaired and brought up to code. The plumbers were professional and friendly, and worked well with my curios kids watching from a distance.

+ -1 moreThey were fine. I called them for the second time to have them come out. Their name was Water Quality before but apparently, they were two brothers or two family members that had a business together and they split. I called Water Quality but I got Water Clarity but they were good plumbers. The man who came out was very good and his prices were reasonable and good. He was professional but he had to come back twice because he did not have the right part or something. He came when he was supposed to come and he was prompt. The job got done nicely and nothing has gone wrong since. His responsiveness was good and he also came out even on a weekend.
Description of Work: I used Water Clarity Plumbing Inc. last year for plumbing work.

water heater repair
+ -1 moreNick never showed up. He never called. I called their office 3 times, not reaching anyone until the final time. At that point a woman said she would take my information and have Nick call me. He never called. I was very inconvenienced by this.
Description of Work: I called this place to find out about a new gas-condensing water heater (supposed to be 90% efficient). The owner, a guy named Nick made an appointment with me to do an appraisal at noon the next day.

+ -1 moreThe workers seemed like they were always on a different job ahead of mine and were struggling to finish that work before getting to my house. Often they arrived sometime after 2:00 PM without having yet eaten their lunches. We failed an inspection because the plumbers didn't know the rules and put some plumbing in the slab where it was not allowed. They scheduled an inspection which we had to cancel (costs money to cancel!) because they assumed we knew that hot mop was needed in the shower. More delay when I figured out that the inspectors needed to sign off on the shower sub floor before we could hot mop. The plumbers more than once used the wrong materials, more than once installed stuff incorrectly. Worse, they were getting ready to install our toilet in a way that we knew was incorrect. Inspector agreed and they had to fix it. The 1 or 2 guys who know plumbing don't do enough over seeing of the worker bees.
Description of Work: Major master bath remodel, moved toilet, sinks, added tub and laundry area. We already stripped the bathroom to the floor and had small area of sub floor replaced. Rest of bathroom is on a slab. We also did all the carpentry and had an electrician for those parts of it. Shower plumbing needed to be changed /moved for new fixtures. Sewer line was extended over to slab, small part of slab removed. Supply lines for toilet and laundry went overhead (the second try). Supply and waste for sinks and tub went through crawlspace. Had to jackhammer a trench for waste line in slab for laundry and tub. Nick, the owner, set a good impression when we had the estimate done - he gave us the idea that it wouldn't be that difficult a job (while we thought it was pretty major). On the first day, I ended up giving the workers major advice on how to proceed (go through the crawl space for part of the new plumbing rather than the slab). Workers showed up on time on the

+ 0 moreReally well. We called for another problem and ended up liking them so much we used them for our gas line to the barbecue and then when we did our big remodel, we used them for all our plumbing. Great guys. Very clean.
Description of Work: We had a gas and water line installed for our outdoor barbecue and we had our guest bathroom remodeled with all new plumbing.

drain cleaning
+ -1 moreWell, it just so happened that it turned out to be a bigger problem than we had thought. Water Clarity could not figure out the problem, but, did put in a big effort to try. Even though he was here a lot longer than the minimal price calls for, he still only charged us the minimum. He even came back the next night and everything. He just did not want to give up.
Description of Work: Water Clarity cleared out a clogged drain line in a cordless drain.

water heater repair
+ -1 moreThe hot water heater has a big dent in it and they installed it on a platform that they should have rebuilt from the beginning. I am not pleased with them at all. They didn t tell me that the whole thing was tilting. It was an unprofessional installation. It has been very hard to get them to fix it and they basically charged my credit card without me signing off on it. This was a very high end sale and I am not being treated as a high end customer.
Description of Work: I had them install a new 50 gallon water heater in my 2,500 square foot home.
