Sami was professional, direct, to the point. he was on time, he took pictures, measured every possible dimension of the home. emailed the appraisal in a timely manner and before we showed it to a potential buyer that the decedent knew personally so that we had a base amount to start with. he called our office within 5 minutes of requesting the appraisal through Home Advisor. We will recommend him for all future date of death appraisals and sales with our clients owning mobile, manufactured and residential homes.

He did a retroactive appraisal of the value of a condo, for tax purposes. He was not the cheapest vendor, but he assured me that his estimate would stand up to any analysis. After he did the estimate, he sent the estimate amount, including market data that justified his appraisal. Wow!
