Terrific service-stayed late on a Friday to do the work and early Sat. AM someone pried open a back door to laundry area behind garage, but left and took nothing because alarm went off immediately.

Vigil Security System came out to undertake a alarm system issue caused by an electrician that had worked at the house earlier in the day. It was 8:00 pm when I called Vigil and they responded quickly and professionally.

When it comes to ones' security, you want to feel not only protected, but also comfortable with the solution and the people who are installing it. Leo at Vigil Security Systems met and exceeded both of those expectations. Leo took the time to evaluate my situation and recommend solutions based on what I wanted and needed but he never pressured me into a specific product or service. He even recommended not buying certain items due to already having certain items in place that would protect that area. On the day of the install, he was friendly, professional and clean when performing the job. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
