Leo is great! We have an alarm system in our home that is not monitored by a service. Despite the fact that we are not currently using Vigil Security's service and that Vigil Security did not install our home alarm system, Leo quickly worked us into his schedule when the alarm started to malfunction. Leo efficiently performed the requested service, resolving our issue, for a reasonable price. We will contact Leo and Vigil Security when we decide to engage a home alarm monitoring service or simply need routine service on our system.

They were first rate all around. Couldnt ask for better communication. They let us know what they were doing and explained each step for what they needed to do and why. Got it done within a day and didnt charge us extra. When we needed it done right away.
