Description of Work: They gave me a quote and accepted a job to run networking cable throughout my home in DEC. On Dec. 25th I got an email that he could not start the job as promised on the 26th and wanted to reschedule. I emailed back to get some dates to choose from. Two days went by and I didn't hear anything. I called him, he said I needed to wait a couple more days while he verified how long another job would take. I never heard again, and I called again, he said he had emailed, but never had. He refused to give me the appointment over the phone but would send another email. I sent two email reminders after that and have not gotten a response. I finally called again, this time simply leaving a message.

+ -1 moreThey have a $75 minimum charge, but I thought the price was very reasonable for the amount of work they did. Everything is working properly and we have not had any problems. He was very nice and friendly. He does not give up until the job is finished and I think that is a great characteristic. I would recommend him.
Description of Work: We needed our television, DVD player and Tivo to be synced together, so they came and hooked up all the wires for us.
