The service technician did a thorough, excellent, job. He was informative, nice and clean.

I actually wanted to add couple of outlets, but after the person came, we talked about other things we wanted to do in our house and figured adding a ceiling fan outlet would take 2.5 hrs. So I went ahead with that. he was very professional and did the job really neat and cleaned up after the job.

Went very well that we asked them to come back and re-insulate ducts in the garage. They provided an over the phone estimate and were very prompt in coming and doing the work.

Sal was great. After much discussion; we changed our original plans to wire a security light from an existing light switch to drilling a hole & placing a box on the outside of the house & adding a new light switch for that--he said it was actually easier to do & would take less time--It also looks better. Then he installed two additional security lights that already had boxes & placed dimmer switches in 5 different light switches & changed some hard to reach light bulbs to dimmer CFLs & Dimmer LEDs. I had already purchased all the lights & bulbs & switch plates & security lights ahead of time, so there was minimal supply cost added. He was on time & efficient & helped me "program" my motion detector security light.--which would have been hard for me to do alone since it involved climbing up on a ladder. I would use him again.

Great service at a fair discounted price. Tech showed up towards very end of scheduled window (only reason of rating a B for punctuality), but should have hired these guys a long time ago. Tech was able to adjust heater motor (not accessible by user) to increase air flow, and adjusted gas line for increase BTU performance = higher air flow in parts of house with historically low flow. Overall satisfied with the service + professionalism.

Hi! I can?t recommend Angie?s list and Valley Heating Cooling and Electrical enough! My experience was AMAZING! The technician who came was energetic, knowledgeable, worked fast and efficiently working through my list of things to get done. We checked every outlet in the house and found that one was reversed and the he corrected it. He checked the fuse box and circuit breakers where we were having problems. He made sure they had the correct wiring and found out that one of them had the wrong wire and the circuit breaker it went to was 20 amps less than the breaker needed to function correctly. He gave advice for a few of our appliance and electrical motors that were worn out and made sure both my brother and I understood everything he was doing and explained his processes so we felt more assured in what was going on with our house and appliances. He resolved all our concerns in the house in less than 2 hours, all the while being courteous and professional. (Wow- we got a lot done) I think this went over and beyond my expectations and really think my whole experience with Angie?s list and Valley Heating Cooling and Electrical has made a huge difference since I have worked closely with many other contractors in the past with remodels and repairing issues in the home. After years of headaches, shoddy work, and being kept in the dark from other guys, I felt that going through Angie?s list and Valley Heating Cooling and Electrical has re-sparked my faith in customer service. My biggest regret? Not going though Angie?s list earlier!!!!!! No issues, easy to schedule service, they were on time and performed service as described. I will use them again.

HVAC heating ducts. I did still have dust still in the duct outlets in the bedroom and room outlets after the cleaning. It would have been nice if they cleaned up the duct work where the heating comes into the rooms. They came back and made sure that all the ducting in the entire house was to my satisfaction. They removed all the duct covers and cleaned everything!! BRAVO! Great Job!

great guys, good workers, tidy! They put in one intake in the wrong place (we were away for a few days) and within 2 days of calling them they had someone out to redo, repaint, etc. Excellent professionalism and work ethic!

I am very satisfied with this individual electrician's work and the courtesy he showed, as well as with the professional manner in which his company handled the booking and pre-appointment confirmations.

Valley Heating & Cooling sent out a man named Steve to clean out the dryer vent. He showed up on-time, told me what he intended to do, kept me informed throughout the process and performed a thorough job. Not only did he clean up the area around the dryer, he removed wood and debris outside the house near the outside vent. Overall, Steve was cheerful, quick and thorough. My experience was so good that I asked him about our furnace and he gave me some general information about a new system that sounds like just the sort of thing we'd like to do. I intend to call this service provider again when we replace and reduct our furnace.

It went quickly. Serviceman was polite and efficient and even booked one of their electricians to put in my bathroom fan at a later date.

They were timely and professional. In addition, I received tips on maintaining my furnace.

The technician called 30 min prior to arrival. He was very friendly and easy to communicate with. He did his job well, offering suggestions to help us utilize his time better. I had bought some bathroom fans from a major hardware retailer to replace the ones in the bathroom. He said the ones I had bought were worse than the ones we already had, and so helped us clean the existing fan instead of replacing it (and leaving us in a situation worse than the one we started with).

There were no issues with the completion of the work. The quality of the work and the service was acceptable and unremarkable.

Steve came to my house to clean the ducts and furnace today. Our furnace is very old, so he was honest about the structural issues, but did not pressure me at all about a new system. I was so impressed with his professionalism. He called 30 minutes ahead of time, and was in and out in an hour. The cleaning itself was very thorough. Will definitely use them in the future!

Easy to schedule and reschedule. Staff very friendly, professional and responsive. I was given a window of 8-10am and Al got here at 9:20. He worked speedy the entire two hours. I found two lights didn't work after he left and he was back at the end of the day (4:45) and fixed the issue is no time and took photos to show me what caused the problem. I would recommend this company without reservation and have already to my neighbor.

The service man arrived on time and set about tuning up our 25 year old furnace. He did an outstanding job even lubricated all moving parts. He also tested and adjusted the thermostat in the house. As a part of this service I was shown that the air ducts were in need of cleaning. I checked around and decided to have the same company clean the air ducts. They did an outstanding job and as a result our home feels much more comfortable and the furnace is quiet. I would certainly recommend this company for your heating needs.

Service person arrived on time, was very couteous and professional. He patiently answered my questions and then went about performed the service. When complete, he reviewed the results of all the system checks with me. I was very pleased with the overall quality of the service performed.
