Office staff phoned me to set up appointment. Technician arrived on time as scheduled, was friendly, but got right to work on furnace. Technician reported his findings, offered one code upgrade at extra cost, which I refused, and was finished and gone within 30 minutes.

After I called the repairman came out out the very next day, and he was on time. Actually he found that there were 2 things wrong, but he fixed both problems. I was particularly happy that he had all the parts needed in the truck so he didn't need to come back a second time after fetching the parts. Repairman was very friendly, and let me watch and explained what he was doing. He showed me how to change the filters myself too. I would definitely call this company again. I got a good discount, too, from having mentioned Angie's List.

Went very well. The fixture in the bathroom is problematic. It is very hard to replace the light tube. It is in a very tight configuration. He was able to do what we couldn't do. He changed an old outlet in the kitchen. We had been thinking of putting a fan in our living room. He went into the attic which has a very low ceiling and minimal space to crawl around up there. He was able to maneuver enough to let us know that it could be done but it took a while to figure out where the on,, off switch would go in the living room. It is difficult to run the wiring down the walls (lath and plaster) because of the fire breaks. We are going to have them do this, hopefully in the Spring.

Very efficient! I took advantage of an Angie's List offer and got all the electrical wireing done as promissed plus more. I did assist where I could by running for parts and pulling some wire, which bought me some extra time. I highly recommend Valley Heating Cooling and Electrical.

I purchased a $197.00 BIG DEAL for "Complete Fall HVAC Cleaning and tune up." When I called to schedule, I found that my town was outside the company's service area. I received a refund within 10 days. I was disappointed that I could not find a comparable deal in my area.

As stated by other, I was very pleased with Valley Heating's performance. Charles the tech, showed up on-time, and performed the tasks thoroughly giving me a detailed explanations of the situation and multiple ways of resolving the issues. Very happy with my service.

The air vent for our dryer to the outside leaked very badly. They fixed it so that it didn't leak as much, but it still leaks.

My overall experience was very good. The service was excellent and the technician, Craig, was polite, professional,knowledgeable and friendly. The only negatives was that all appointments are about one week out. The other was that it took two visits because on the first visit the technicians compressor broke down and we still had to wait another week before they could back out.

The first service was a Big Deal to install an outdoor electrical box for holiday lighting. I had them do an additional bid to run the electrical to the outdoor island. I accepted the proposal and the work began immediately. They were very personable and worked efficiently, completed the job within hours. The electrical inspection had no issues with passing. This was the second time I used Valley Heating, Cooling & Electrical and have been very satisfied both times.

I bought the service deal on Angiels list and called them. Getting an appointment was easy, the service technician showed up on time. He was very easy to talk to and took care of things within an hour. When I had questions about what he was doing he explained to my satisfaction. My heating unit is a closet and A/C unit is outdoors. He serviced both. He also cleaned the filters and washed them outdoors. He told me that since my unit is newer I can just do service every other year - I thought that was a very honest opinion. Will do business with them again!

Valley heating and cooling did a great job and honored the full two hours of work. They even came out more than once as the first visit actually turned into a consultation and then they returned to do the work later.

Although we had a glitch in the initial scheduling, the service was good once provided. I appreciate the call from the owner and appointment time flexibility.

Sal arrived on time and got right to work. He works extremely fast and does excellent work. He was very friendly and easy to work with. He even helped me to locate and mark the studs in the bedroom for future when we are going to mount an adjustable arm for our flat screen. The price was not bad (we used the Angies Big Deal coupon). We have purchased another coupon so Sal will be back.

I've been extremely satisfied with this vendor. Very professional, showed up on time, did a thorough job. Technician even went on the roof and provided pictures of a damage vent outlet to give to my HOA. I've used them again for a furnace and A/C tune-up.

I bought the "big deal" for 2 hours of electrical work for $120. The electrician showed up about 15 minutes early. He was friendly & professional. I should him what I wanted, he said it would be possible in the time allotted with the deal but that he would not be able to do the drywall patch work in the garage in that time frame. I said no problem, just screw the drywall piece back in place and I'll take it from there. I had purchased 2 external outlet kits from HomeDepot and let him decide which would be better for my application. He had a spare breaker which he provided for my panel and then ran a dedicated line out to the atrium...about 6 feet away from the panel. The job was done in 2 hours and everything continues to work fine. We were able to hook up a fountain in the atrium no that we have an outlet in there. I would VHC&E again based on this experience. One thing I wish I would have done was had him add a switch on that electrical line so I could turn on and off the power from the garage. I didn't think of it at the time. I did buy a remote on/off switch which I keep in the kitchen and this works fine.

Our Tech called about 30 minutes prior to the appointment to make sure we were home. He arrived on time and explained everything that was included in our service. He was very thorough, and fortunately for us, found now major issues. The whole process took a little less than one hour. It was great.

I was satisfied with the service as agreed. I found Javier very professional and confident with what he does. However, It would have been better if he was able to fix the AC right then, once he identified the problem. Although he gave me a discount for future diagnostic work for the AC, it is aways difficult to schedule another time to be available.
