All in all we had a great experience with all the representatives of Valley Heating, Cooling and Electrical.

Excellent experience. Their electrician, Sal, was thorough, clean, thoughtful & knowledgable. We would call them, especially Sal, again.

The electrician did a very good job, and was efficient.

Overall, my tasks were completed in quick order, all of my questions were answered, and I would definitely use Valley Electrical again.

I'm very happy with the service received from this company today. If only all repair services could be this painless. Here are some comments: * Office staff responded promptly to email, answered my questions, and scheduled an appointment. * Appointment was scheduled within a few days of request. * Curteous telephone call to confirm appointment time the day before the visit. * The technician (Charles) arrived promptly within the time window given. * He was curteous and knowledgeable. * He wore booties in the house (and didn't wear them outside to just track dirt in again when he re-entered the house). * He got to work in the crawlspace, diagnosed the issues that I had described regarding low flow from a floor register and an apparent leak. * He crawled the length of the ducts, checked for damage, adjusted a damper that was limiting flow, strapped some sagging ducts, identified leak. * He determined that one aluminum duct was a little squashed, but that flow appeared to be sufficient. Most others would have recommended a replacement of this section of ductwork. * He didn't try to sell me on further work and wrapped up within an hour. Nice job!

They did a great job. They also came out later and took a look at our furnace.

I bought Valley Heating's Daily Deal through Angie's List, which was a furnace and A/C tuneup and duct cleaning for $197. After a slight hiccup in initial communication (email problems on their end?) I set up an initial appointment for the work, which I had to reschedule for a later date (and again, rescheduling was very easy and they were very accommodating). On the day the work was performed, the technician - Craig - called to let me know when he would arrive, which was well within the given time window. When the technician arrived, he was polite, put boot covers over his shoes whenever he entered my house, explained everything he was going to do, laid down drop cloths to protect the floor around the furnace, and set to work. After tuning the furnace, he performed the duct cleaning, which involved hooking up an industrial vac from the outside of the house to the furnace, covering vents with newspaper (to isolate the air flow to individual vents, and I guess to also show the industrial vac at work) and going room to room to spray each vent with high pressure air. After the duct cleaning, the technician tuned the A/C and made sure coolant was sufficient and it was in working order (good pressure, good fan speed, good temp drop, etc.). After all the work, the technician ran down the list of items he covered, I signed off on the work, and he cleaned up everything. Overall, I was very pleased with the work performed.

Sal is the fastest man on wheels. He is efficient and extremely professional and cooperative. I'd have him do all my electrical project.

We are going to have them do the electrical work for the installation of the new fan/lighting in the bedrooms and the outdoor work over the next year. We were very impressed with their professionalism, and curtsey. My husband really appreciated his answers and it helped him understand some of the things our house is doing and why. Also realized as we were doing this and going over his itemized list, that they do HVAC and we need someone to service that system as well. Nice to have the same folks who take care of our electrical be able to take care of the HVAC and upgrade it.

The service technicians were very professional and friendly. They cleaned up after themselves and provided us with a lot of useful information. I was extremely satisfied with the service we received.

They did the job and it was fine. After this service, I received other offers for similar services at a lesser price.

The guys really did a good job but the house is my rental one and he gave the suggestion to my tenant to change a new one in order to sell their products but our home are under HW protection.

They called as soon as I got the deal to schedule an appointment, but I was traveling and they were flexible and agreed to do it 3 months later. I got a reminder call the day before. The inspector showed up on time. He went through the system, changed the filter (included in the cost) and gave me some recommendations on maintenance. Since my system was performing well, there were no additional actions he could have taken. Overall, it was great value and I would do it again. If I have issues, I will definitely call Valley Heating & Cooling if I have an issue, or we need an upgrade (when we remodel)..

Since we were fairly certain the ductwork in our "new" older home had never been properly cleaned, we decided on Valley Heating to inspect and clean all the ducts. They showed up on time, and was very thorough with the cleaning. The pricing was clear, and there were no hidden charges. Would definately use them again.

A terrific experience. My dryer vent was long overdue for cleaning, and the technician did a terrific job. He was punctual, professional, and kept me updated with the project as it went along. My dryer is situated roughly in the middle of my house, with a long venting tube to the outside, so this was a bit more complex that having one's dryer against an outside wall. Overall, he did a terrific job.

I contacted the company by e-mail around Christmas as the heater was not working at my rental property. I called the company the day after Christmas to discuss setting up the appointment to have someone go out to assess the problem since I did not hear from them. The gentleman who answered the phone was not very pleasant in the conversation which he said they were real busy. This was at a time when the weather had turned extremely cold When the service person showed up they accessed the problem as a bad fan which they were going to have to order the part and it would be in about a week. When the part showed up another appointment was set up which another service person came out to install the fan and after he took out the old fan he found that there were cracks in the furnace chamber which they had to shut the gas off to the furnace for safety reasons. I then called to set up another appointment to have another employee go out to determine the work and cost to replace the heater. This gentleman did a good job and once I made my choice the heater was installed within 3-4 days. However in the process I did request a them to obtain the permit for the City which they did but they did not have the City inspector come out to do the inspection. After the heater was installed my renter now had to call the City to have them come to inspect the work which did pass. Total time from start to finish was about 20 days.

This is the second time I have used this company. When I called, the receptionist remembered that I could not be here until 3:30, and she found a way for Sal to come then. He was here when I got here. When he came in, I noticed that the company had a new coupon on Angie's List. I called the office and even though I had not pre purchased the coupon, the company honored it. I had had a gas line installed into the kitchen. To do that, a piece of drywall had to be removed. I was telling Sal how I would repair it when he was finished. He went to work installing the outlets. I was in another room. When I checked back, he not only had installed the outlets, but he repaired the drywall for me. This was way above and beyond what was required. Sal is great. He knows his trade and is so personable.
