The technician was great. After his inspection, he explained all the issues to me and clearly outlined what needed to be done to resolve them. He was also very clear about any additional costs. He worked quickly and manged to get a lot done in two hours. I was very impressed with the service.

Really nice young man showed up. Spent his time checking my furnace and found that since my battering in the thermostat had leaked it caused my thermostat to stop working hence I was not able to turn on the furnace. He replaced the thermostat and explained what kind he was providing and how it compared to others. After replacing it he cleaned/sucked out my heater vents. He then cleaned the furnace filters and then ran to furnace. Excellent job, very professional and friendly.

Very nice young man who said he was new to the company preformed the work. Great job, very thoughful, cleaned up after himself, re hooked my dryer better than it was hooked up before. Great company that hires great employees !

This is the second time I have used Valley for electrical work. Each time Sal came out, he is wonderful. I provide the light fixtures and he goes to work. He is a professional, does a great job, and does not dilly dally around, he gets right to work! I will use Sal and Valley Heating Cooling and Electrical for any future electrical work I have.

This company was professional, friendly and efficient. They answered the phone (didn't have to wait for a call back or leave a message) and gave me an appt. that fit into my schedule. They called to remind me of the appt. and also called to let me know when they would arrive that day. I would definitely use this company again.

I've hired Valley Heating & Cooling several times and they've always have done a great job. I used Angie's List coupons for this appointment. They call the day before to confirm the appointment and the electrician will call if he's running late.

Overall, the technician was thorough and professional. I particularly appreciate that they called us when the technician was 15 minutes from arrival.

We were interested in getting our ducts cleaned out. The house had been dusty and wasn't getting much cleaner. Set up an appointment, they arrived on time but couldn't get close enough to the house. We rescheduled a week later, they brought different equipment, did the job quickly, didn't damage the house and we see less dust around now. One BIG thanks for Valley Heating & Cooling for a follow-up. A few weeks later we had a home inspection. The inspector identified some problems with the ducts under one part of the house. I called VH&C, told them about it and without any question they said they'd send a guy out Friday to ensure everything was right. That individual showed up on time, fixed things up and I wasn't charged. I felt that was really excellent on their part.

Javier was prompt and very courteous. He explained everything before and after the work and was very professional.

From scheduling to a call 30 minutes prior to arriving the experience was positive Electrician was very capable,polite and did work perfectly

The tuneup went smoothly. The technician called before coming to the house, brought his own booties to wear inside the house, and performed the tuneup, then at the end reported on his findings. He is very professional. He did find that the AC won't run because the fuse box was tripped, and we can't reset it. Since he was not a repairs technician, he couldn't go further in diagnosis and I had to call to schedule another appointment with their repair/service technician to come and diagnose the problem and discuss repair options.

Valley Heating, Cooling and Electrical did a fine job. I really liked the guy who came out and was happy with what he did. We went over time a little bit, so the final price was a little more than the original price I had on the Angie's Big Deal. The worker was good, personable. He was reasonable about expectations and what kind of project it was. He was very nice about doing the work.

I originally wanted to replace a smoke alarm and remove an old burglar alarm from a closet. The electrician showed up on time and was able to do all the work in only about 45 minutes. He even had a good new smoke alarm that was better than the one I had bought and the price was very similar. Since I had purchased 2 hours he asked what else I needed done because we still had time left. So he also replaced an outlet in my living room and replaced the switch and single outlet with a double outlet and switch. I was very excited to get so much work done.

They were very professional to deal with. The service person came at the appointed time. Quickly and efficiently performed the furnace inspection and the AC unit (both inside and outside units). Also did a few quick fixups for free (like taping up some cracked ducting). I'd use them again as I found them to be very professional and efficient.

It was easy to schedule an appointment with Valley Heating, Cooling and Electrical. They didn't try to sell me something extra, came and did what they were supposed to do, kept me apprised of what the situation was, and were very professional.

I purchased the Duct Cleaning service on the Angie's List "Big Deal" I was contacted by VHC on Friday and they scheduled an appointment for the following Monday. The technician arrived, as scheduled, and performed the service. He did a thorough job and was very careful about not scratching anything with his equipment. I was satisfied with the job and would use them again.

Was able to quickly schedule the appointment for the next morning. Javier called me in the morning to let me know when he was arriving and promptly started working. Went to each room with covered shoes and blew compressed air deep into the vents while he had a huge vacuum connected to the main ducts to draw out the dust and dirt. Gave me an estimate for replacing a duct we knew was already deteriorating and was able to schedule for the work next week. Very professional and courteous.

It went great! He called about 30 minutes before showing up, he went right to work and got the job done and then left.

Technician was courteous. He took time to explain and went through what he was about to do before he worked on it. He also helped us re-attach the vent to the opening free of charge. I would definitely recommend and use this company's service again. If the technician moved my couch back after he was done, it would have been perfect. Actually, there were some dead bugs next to the vent that I believe the technician wanted us to take care of. He didn't tell us though. I only discovered while trying to move the furniture back in place.

Very well. From the initial contact to working out which systems were best for our home to the installation...all these guys were great. They kept their work space clean and arrived on time.
